Full size fully furnished kitchen/dinette with microwave, coffee pot, blender etc. Dinette has cable TV with VCR capabilities. Full bath with shower and tub. ON SITE PARKING!!! The kitchen/dinette is fully furnished with stove/oven and microwave. Toaster, blender, coffee pot, essential cooking utensils and vacuum.

ON-SITE PARKING:
211 Pine & Brine is located on the top deck of the building. As you enter the parking lot from the curb, you will see your on-site parking space at the base of the steps located along the side of the building, It is numbered 211.
PLEASE make sure you only park in the assigned space, as you will be towed. Parking is EXTREMELY tight in Rehoboth Beach, and we are glad to offer you an on-site space.
LINENS:
211 Pine & Brine DOES NOT INCLUDE bed, bath or kitchen linens. Beach chairs not provided.
PETS:
No pets are permitted in 211 Pine & Brine.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, transfer or change in your reservation.
KEYS:
The keys will be FedEx to you one week before your arrival date. I will supply you with a pre-paid FedEx slip for a prompt return.
CHECKING OUT:
PLEASE leave the condo neat and tidy. Remove all food, trash and personal items and place the comforter back on the bed.
PLEASE turn all lights, heating and AC systems OFF.
PLEASE make sure all windows and doors are locked.
RATES:
Saturday thru Saturday $700.00
Monday thru Friday $550.00
