Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation condo rental
This rennovated, tastefully decorated condo includes two bedroom, two bathrooms and sleeps up to six people. The condo includes all of the following:
- Large, open, fully furnished living room with wall mounted 37" LCD television with built in DVD player, cable, stereo with CD player.
- Dining area plus overhang countertop with stools.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric range, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and more!
- Updated full bathroom with tub/shower adjacent to the kitchen.
- Updated second full bathroom with shower adjacent to bedrooms.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps two) and direct exterior access. Includes tv with built-in dvd player, cable and ceiling fan.
- Second large bedroom with two full size beds (sleeps four), 2 ceiling fans and lots of sunshine.
- Upgraded Maple Alloc flooring throughout. Carpet in bedrooms.
- Pillows and bedspreads included (you bring sheets and towels)
- On-site parking in dedicated spot outside of condo door.
- One additional street parking pass included
- Air conditioning and heating
- Sorry, no smoking in the condo -- we are a smoke-free home!
- Sorry, no four-legged family members (pets) allowed (condo regulation).
Area Information
Additionally, we are just two blocks off Rehoboth Avenue, the heart of Rehoboth Beach, were you will find a plethora of restaurants to suit anyone's appetite, an abundance of tax free shopping and live entertainment. Bike rentals and internet cafe are just one block away. Rides and arcades are just a few blocks down the boardwalk.
If love to shop, you will find hundreds of outlet shops along the Route 1 corridor just a short 5-10 minute drive. Rehoboth has one of the largest outlet shopping venues in the country and it is all TAX FREE! A water park, movie theatre complex and golf courses are also within a short drive from downtown.
Whether young or old, Rehoboth Beach has something for everyone!

This cute condo is within one block to the beach and boardwalk, making the perfect spot for our Easter weekend. Priced reasonably, very friendly owners and great communication. You don't usually find a place two days before your travel day but we were lucky enough to find this little gem. A great time was had by all!

We recommend this unit. It was cute, well maintained, and in a fantastic location. It has a very well stocked kitchen and some DVDs there for you to watch. It has a dishwasher. It's one long block to the beach and two blocks to the strip (Rehoboth Ave.) so the location can't be beat. (The restaurant Go Fish was great for authentic British fish 'n chips.) The owner was super easy to deal with; can't beat that!

The apartment was small but very clean and nice. In a good location. Rehoboth Beach is a wonderful community with lots of things to do. The apartment does not have central air conditioning but has window units. This is the only drawback to the unit.

The condo was in great shape, very comfortable, well decorated, and we enjoyed our stay. It is within a block of the beach and 2 blocks of the Avenue, with many restaurants, shops, bars within a short walk. A definite find!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. The location is close to the beach and close to town so you had the best of both worlds. The Best Little Cottage at the Beach is on our list of places to stay again.

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location to the beach was great and I have to agree with the reviewer who said it's more like a second home than a rental. The decorating touches, the ample amounts of dish ware and cleaning supplies made us feel right at home. We had a great week at the beach. The condo itself and it's great location to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. helped to make our stay enjoyable as well as relaxing.

The condo is very nice and in a great location just down the street to the beach and a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Renting the condo was a smooth process and the owner returned the security deposit very quickly. I would recommend it.
