Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation condo rental
There are four stories for a total of 3200 square feet affording a generous space for family reunions but with maximal opportunity for "quiet retreat" areas. Each floor has its own balcony with views of the beautiful Canal Corkran area. There are three master suites (two queen and one king) and two other bedrooms (each with two single beds) which share a bath. One of the master suites is on the first floor. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the third floor. The fourth floor has a very large bedroom with a sitting area and luxury bath. This room has a *king-sized bed (convertible to two twins)and a daybed.
The condominium complex has a centrally located pool. The beautiful, new, four-mile, Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is close by. This is a Sun to Sun rental in season.
There are three parking spaces per unit; one in the garage, one in front of the garage, and one in the general lot.

Awesome place

My family and I stayed here as it is quite close to the beach but still quiet. The house is beautiful and clean. The pool is almost outside the front door. We walked everywhere, the only time we used the truck was to go to the waterpark. It is such a nice walk going to the beach, we would go there in the morning and then go to the pool late afternoon and then we would walk back down to the boardwalk at night. LOVED IT

my girl friends and I booked our annual girls weekend to unwind and take a break from our guys and due to last year's unsatisfactory rental we decided to try this one out. This place was ahhhhmazing!! We were able to walk to the food places and around and only drove to the beach. Thank you for an amazing weekend and letting us stay here. We all came back refreshed and have discussed renting here again. The only drawback was the scary bunny that was in the closet of the pink room.

The condo was beautiful! Everything you needed was there. Location was great we walked to the boardwalk at night. Shopped the outlets. Just a convienent location. It was nice to sit out on the balconies at night. Susan we had a great vacation. We would stay there again.

This condo was great for our teenage children. They loves the top floor. Everyone had enough privacy and there were enough bathrooms for all!!! The pool was great. The condo is very clean and inviting.

We were close enough to town, but far enough away that is was not so crowded. We loved spending the morning at the beach, then coming back to swim in the pool. there is a bike path across the street from the complex that was a great adventure. The condo fit 10 of us comfortably. It really was a great vacation!

Family Relaxation!!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Rehoboth Beach. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. We drove to the beach each day and walked to the boardwalk at night. We would rent again for sure. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had movie night each night in the fourth floor bedroom and there was plenty of seating for everyone. One night we drove to Ocean City, Maryland it's only 26 miles away! The pool on site is well maintained and was very enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful. The town house was extremely neat and organized. The beds were comfortable and roomy. The decor was simply beautiful. The kitchen was completely stocked with appliances and the kitchen table was big enough for our entire group. I am glad that we choose this property. I will be renting this property in the future. This was an outstanding rental. There was plenty of room for my family to play, rest, relax, and have a great time. Overall, the house was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The walk to the beach and boardwalk was too far for the children but there was plenty of off boardwalk parking. There is enough space for family time and quiet time individually. The 4th floor suite was perfect for us to enjoy some piece and quiet. Thanks!

PLENTY of space in this condo! Everyone could gather in the large livingroom or have quiet space alone. BEAUTIFULLY decorated and extremely CLEAN. The kids (okay, and adults) really enjoyed the pool. Nice, quiet area. Lots of tabletop spaces for large family dinners, too. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were impressed with this condo! Walk to the beach/boardwalk a tiny bit far--but still very do-able. Metered parking (NOT on Rehoboth Avenue) very affordable, though.
