Susan is wonderful to work with! Great value for townhouse. Huge place!! Way too far to walk to beach. Cleaner could do a little better but I'm a bit picky. She has thought of everything and you won't need to bring much at all. The townhouse is nice but could use some new furniture and beds. I would probably stay again.

This is a fantastic rental! The location is about a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach but is doable and definately worth it. Being right off of the main street made it easy to get everywhere on foot. The layout of the townhouse is perfect for large families, lots of areas for some privacy but perfect for gathering everyone together on the main level. Very clean, extremely roomy and generously furnished this is a great bargain! We were disappointed with the limited cable tv service and with the bed in the top floor suite but overall very pleased.

I was very impressed at the layout, the cleanliness and the roominess of this home. The location was right off of route 1 (first left), so it didn't involve main street traffic getting there, which was great, yet it was close enough to the boardwalk. It wasn't walkable for my family of 4 though - a bit too far. Inside there is a full bath, queen size bedroom and laundry on the first floor. The 2nd floor is the living room, large kitchen, additional dining area & a half bath. there are lots of places to sit so it's great for large families and playing cards/games. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. one bedroom has bunk beds, one has 2 twins, and the other has a queen bed. the 4th floor is a huge master suite with a queen size bed, walk in closet and a full bathroom with garden tub & shower. there is a futon in that room as well. There were ceiling fans in almost all the rooms which was great. I was pleased that we could set the thermostat below 75 (some places you can not) and there were already blankets and pillows in the home. We only needed sheets/linens for our stay. the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, mugs, bowls, pots, pans & silverware for 16 or so people, so leave your paper goods at home! Oh, and a gas grill on the deck! The garage was clutter free so we were able to park in there, which was nice. There was one other spot in the driveway. The pool was also nice. It's right across the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this community (Waters Edge) to familes who want some peace and quiet and enough room for everyone! We had a great stay!

Nice Stay in 2010 at Rehoboth

We had an enjoyable time at the townhouse that we rented. We've stayed at other units in the Edgewater complex, but this was one of the nicer units relative to configuration and decor. This unit was painted in soothing colors and was well outfitted for travelers. We chose to bring our own linens and would do it again. We did forget things like kitchen towels and bath mats, but other than that, everything else was there. In particular, the kitchen was VERY well stocked, including storage containers for left overs, lots of extra pots and pans so you didn't have to worry about cooking large family meals with only one each of the pots and pans. Kudos to the owner for the well stocked kitchen. Only a couple of things we saw that could use improvement. The unit was pretty clean, but there was sand residue on some of the hardwood floors that didn't get cleaned up. We also noticed that long-term dust build up on the ceiling fans and furnace air returns. Families with dust allergies could have experienced problems. We also had a little ant problem over the kitchen window. We left some donuts in the Dunkin Donuts box on the far end of the kitchen counter and the next morning had ants. While the food was a loss, the owner had left some insecticide so it must have been a known problem. We sprayed to kill the existing pests and just refrained from using the counter for any food storage, problem solved. Overall, we'd rent that unit again. Very happy with the unit.

We enjoyed this well equipped condo for our family vacation. It was a substantial walk from the beach, but when we were lazy, had no trouble finding parking. It accommodated our 5 family members and a few visitors well--very spacious.

Fantastic Trip

We really enjoyed the house. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was actually very good. We were initially concerned about it being on Rt 1, but we quickly learned to used the bus, which worked out very well. would definitely consider this unit again. PS There were some ants in the house. Might want to get it treated.

This was an "Excellent Condo", Very clean and well equipped. We found the unit to be a very comfortable home. We did not lack for any items. Location from the beach was a bit further than expected. We had to use a car which made for some parking problems.

Excellent Condo to Rent

This condo was clean and like new. The layout was great and it was close enough to walk to the beach. Although it is best to have bikes. The walk is too long if you need to bring items to the beach, bring a wagon. The pool was just across from the condo and it was very clean. Having a washer and dryer came in very handy for our trip. You can not go wrong with renting this condo.
