Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation condo rental

This is a beautiful, new, luxury condominium located just off Rehoboth Avenue within a 15-20 minute walk of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The condominium complex, Edgewater Park, fronts the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal.

There are four stories for a total of 3200 square feet allowing generous space for family reunions but with many private areas for a "quiet retreat". Each floor has its own balcony with views of the beautiful Canal Corkran area. There are three master suites (three queen beds) and two other bedrooms (one with a double/single bunk and one with three single beds) which share a bath. One of the master suites is on the first floor. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the third floor. The fourth floor has a very large bedroom with a sitting area and luxury bath. This room has a queen bed and a futon (sleeps two).

The condominium complex has a centrally located pool. The beautiful, new, four-mile, Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is close by. There are three parking spaces per unit; one in the garage, one if the unit's driveway, and one by the pool.

There are many kid's activities including Fun Land on the boardwalk, Jungle Jims, and Midway Speedway both on Rt.1. Rehoboth Beach is just a 15 min walk, and Bethany Beach, Lewes, and the fairy to Cape May are all excellent day trips. Several excellent antique shops, outlet shopping, and numerous restaurants are all close by.

This condo was clean and like new. The layout was great and it was close enough to walk to the beach. Although it is best to have bikes. The walk is too long if you need to bring items to the beach, bring a wagon. The pool was just across from the condo and it was very clean. Having a washer and dryer came in very handy for our trip. You can not go wrong with renting this condo.
