Thank you, for opening your home and givings us that home away from home vacation feeling...The place was great!..very peaceful, driving or walking distance to shops.... The pool was amazing!....spacious,and clean, we love it........ I gave it 4 but this place can be a 5.....reason why....(cons)As a pet owner we weren't able to share this moment with our 7lb bolognese.....but at the same time we understood. Bedding except for the master bedroom needs upgrading...(.pros)...very spacious, nice kitchen, 2 nice size bathrooms nice livilng room,and balcony..... looking at it from the outside you would never guess it had that much space...almost felt like making a offer for the place:-)....we would sincerly consider staying again..........thank you...Garcia Family/mount joy,pennsylvania....

After reading the many positive reviews, it seemed too good to be true, but in fact, it's better! Tom was responsive to all my questions and concerns, the condo was beautiful and perfect in every way. It was a great location, too. It's close enough to bike to all the action on the boardwalk, but far enough away that it is nice and quiet at night. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were great pluses. Can't say enough good stuff about the place! There are millions of coffee filters there, so check before buying any more at one of the very close supermarkets. We had a little bit of trouble finding the real estate office to collect our keys, as our phones told us it was in an empty building, so double check your directions!! The condo, however, was very easy to locate.

We just got back from our fourth year of renting this condo. we love it there. it is quiet clean and comfortable and has plenty of room. we plan on returning for many years to come. we would reccomend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to vacation at a great price!

We've been staying for a few tears now. Short drive to tge beach and outlets. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Just far enough away from the traffic of the beach to be the perfect location. Very clean property. Nice pool! Already booked again for next season.

The process of booking this place was a breeze and the owner remained in contact with me through the entire process so this made me feel like my trip was being handled as a priority. In comparison to some of the other rentals in the area this time of yeat the price was GREAT, I had no complaints and would recommend this rental to anyone and we will be returning soon.

Have been renting this condo for the past 4 years. Great location, easy access to the beach, the area has great outlets for shopping. Having access to the Internet was an added bonus this year. Tom is a great person to deal with. I want to say how appreciative I was when an unexpected situation arose and he made it possible for my family to still be able to enjoy our stay. This is our 2nd trip to this condo and we hope to return again. It is comfortable,CLEAN, and close to everything you would need or want. The pool is the perfect alternative to a crowded beach.Temperature is always perfect. Tom is great to work with and very understanding of my many questions. Hope we can do it again next year!

Peace & quiet but close to everything

A very nice condo neighborhood not far off the main highway, yet far enough to avoid noise. The kids had plenty to keep them busy with the boardwalk, mini golf, shopping outlets and more all close by! This condo had everything we needed and lots of space for the four of us. The neighbors were all friendly. One of the best vacations I've ever had! The kids already asked if we can go back next year!

The condo was in the perfect location. It was close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the beach which made for a very convenient and relazing vacation. Our stay at your condo was the first time we ever were in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is extremely clean and very quiet. It is close to the attractions. However, it is far enough away to escape and relax. The pool was a hit with our family.

Tom, we really had a wonderful time. The condo is located in a private quiet area, but just on the main hwy is all the outlets and restaurants. We enjoyed the private pool during the evening hours and the beach early in the morning. We definitely would recommend anyone who is interested in a 7day rental to stay at the condo. The only downfall was that there is no access for the laptop.... but the blackberry had access to wireless...??? so we were able to stay connected to emails and mapquest to help get around better.....

We enjoyed staying at your condo. It was the perfect size for two couples. The weather was hot, but the pool was a cool alternative to the hot sand on the beach. Great neighbors that were willing to share their internet access:) We had a blast!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It had everything to make your trip go smoothly! You are close to everything...beach, grocery stores, restaurants, movies, golf, everything that was stated in the ad. The house was big enough so that you could relax in your own space. Another great point was that there was a T.V. in every room. SO if you were an early riser you did not have to worry about waking anyone else up in the house. The best feature for us was the onsite pool. You could leave the hot crowded beaches and relax in the comfort of your own pool. And the water temperature was perfect. Everything was kept clean. I would definitely recommend this for a small family and we hope to be a future renter. Only request I would like to see is access to wireless. Thanks Tom and Lisa for a great vacation and for your quick response to any and all of our questions.

My family really enjoyed our weekly stay at this condo. We found it to be very clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The outdoor pool was a big hit. We liked that we could swim until 10 pm. The location is perfect; close enough to the beach and main attractions,but far enough away to be relaxing. This is a rental you will return to in summers to come.

We stayed in this very comfortable condo for the week 6/28 to 7/5/2008, and enjoyed the pool, the cable TV, the laundry and kitchen facilities. We found this condo to be a great value by comparison, and had no problem migrating to and from the beach or restaurants as we liked! The condo itself is modern and equipped with very comfortable appointments... we will likely book this place again, even before this season is over!!
