Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation condo rental

Enjoy the beach in this newly renovated Rehoboth Beach condo! This condo is located 1/2 a block from Rehoboth Avenue and 4 blocks from the beach. Park in two private covered parking spaces (curbside parking also available) and walk everywhere; restaurants, park, shops or beach. This condo overlooks the private community pool in the quiet, relaxing Scarborough Village community. Inside is a fully functioning kitchen with new appliances, plenty of seating and two flat screen TV's. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle bed, and 1 sleeper sofa. Full sized washer and dryer available for use in the upstairs hallway. Back patio great for grilling and relaxing. Deck off second floor master bedroom overlooks pool. Includes cable, internet, 2 DVD players and a VCR.

Area Description

Rehoboth Beach is a great family vacation destination. Scarborough Village is a quiet, peaceful community but still close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Great area for walking, jogging or bike riding. A park great for children is located nearby. Rehoboth Beach has a boardwalk with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean along with more shops and restaurants. Also located on the Boardwalk is the Fun City arcade and mini-amusement park for children. Jungle Jim's water park is about 2 miles from condo. Located within 5 miles from condo are the many popular outlet stores with great deals and no sales tax.

Lodging Tax: 3% required by city
Deposits: Signed lease and 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve condo (to be applied toward rental fee).
Other Fees: Linen service fee (optional). A $70 cleaning fee will be charged for stays that are less than a week. Rental balance to be paid at time of key pick-up. Required security deposit of $500 to be paid at the time of key pick-up (will be refunded in the mail pending rental inspection).

Excellent beach house., August 29, 2009

The location of this condo is wonderful; among other things, we're big fans of the Dogfish Head pub, which was just 100 yds away! The beach was also a comfortable walk, even with all of our beach paraphernalia. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but this was perfect for us - our main goal was to explore the beach area at Rehoboth, doing as little driving as possible once we got there.
