I spent the most wonderful week in Rehoboth in late September at this rental! The space was clean, neat, perfectly central to shopping and the beach! I love this place and its always an easy process to rent and secure! I will definitely be back year after year! We had the most amazing week of weather!! Spent 4 days on the beach and always knew we had a comfortable secure place to come back to.

My husband and I vacationed for a week with our 2 young boys (ages 3 and 11 months) and my mother and father. The layout of the condo is great...large open living area with eat in kitchen and large family room with big sectional sofa. We really liked how upstairs there was a sink, vanity, and medicine cabinet on both sides of the bathroom. It saved a lot of time when getting everyone ready to go out. Also, a great feature about this condo is that it is RIGHT ACROSS from the pool...very convienent! Full size washer and dryer in upstairs hall closet were great especially since babies and toddlers go through alot of clothes. The condo is in a great location just of of Rehoboth Ave. so you can walk everywhere...it was too much of a walk to the beach for my 2 little guys but the parking permit provided lets you drive and park right at the beach for free (and it is way less crowded and it seems like if you are a little bit away from the boardwalk section of the beach it is more locals and we felt comfortable leaving our belongings on the beach to go grab lunch, etc.) We would definitely stay here again. Some great restaurants we went to while we visited were: Summerhouse, Dogfish Head Brewery, The Purple Parrot, Dos Locos, and Jake's Seafood (REALLY good crabcakes). The Bake Shoppe on Rehoboth had really yummy danishes and cinnamon buns :) The only thing that went wrong on our stay is that the A/C stopped working and the repair guy wasn't able to come until the next day, so my father stayed at the condo the next day while we went to the beach, but when the guy came he was able to repair it fast :)

The condo was very nice. Location was great and very close to the beach and Rehoboth Drive. Some of the furniture (kitchen table and chairs) was a bit outdated and could be replaced. I would recommend the rental - two thumbs up!

Perfect place

We had such a great time. We will stay here again. The location is great! You are so close to the beach, restaurants (including Dog FIsh Head), bike rentals and a great little bakery. We walked almost everywhere. We only used the car a few times to grocery shop and to check out the outlets. The condo is a good size and clean. The salt water pool is really nice too. We are a family of 4 (kids 7 & 9). Note to parents, the bedroom door does not lock.

Perfect condo for a family

I found this unit a little difficult to find at first. I had assumed the address was what was listed. It however was not. Once I figured out the correct street address it was great! This unit was clean, beautiful and in a wonderful location. The condo was perfect for my family and my two children loved the pool which was clean and well cared for. It is a short walk (no complains even from my 4 year old!!) to the vistor's center and playground as well as the boardwalk and beach. I was concerned with the spiral staricase and the 4 year old but the built in child gate at the top and available child gate at the bottom assured me there would be no accidents! I also liked the shared bathroom which allowed me to leave the doors open between my bedroom and the kids bedroom. The area is not only beautiful but quite and safe as well. We had a wonderful time. My 9 year old got sick while there (sinus infection) and we found out the area's urgent care centers are friendly and helpful but do not take insurace so if you must go you need to pay for it out of pocket. A wonderful place to stay,(absolutely one of the best) can't wait to stay again!

This place is wonderful. A little hike to the beach with a 7yr old but nothing serious.(parking pass works great just park outside the city limits) There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with Erica was GREAT. We will definately be staying again, this was a great find. Thanks Erica!!!!

Trust us . . . this is a great place to stay. It is reasonable priced compared to the hotels in the area and close to the boardwalk and Dogfish Head! Great for kids too (but take the portable DVD player just in case). Also has nice big bedrooms for a condo and very large living room area. We had another family of four visit us and did not feel cramped at all. Highly recommend and will stay agian many more times.

Location, Location, Location!

We were pleasantly suprised to discover how close our condo was to all the things we enjoy to do on vacation (beaches, restaurants etc.) The only time we used our car was to go tax-free outlet shopping (a great thing to do on a cloudy day)! The condo also has TWO semi-private outdoor areas to sit and relax as well as a private pool reserved just for the condo complex. Rehoboth Beach is a great little area. Long term residents and short term visitors alike are very friendly. Overall, a very relaxing laid back place with a bunch of things to do or, even better, nothing at all!

We had a great time at this condo in August 2010. The condo is well furnished and was the right size for our family. The neighborhood is quaint, and the condo is located 1 block from the Rehobeth Avenue. The beach is easily walkable, but you also have access to a parking pass that allows you to drive right up to the beach. The owner is very organized and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved this condo. It was clean, the furnishings were nice and it was well stocked with toiletries. It is right across the parking lot from the pool and right around the corner from Rehoboth Avenue. The owner is very nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again soon.

Our stay was great we could not have picked a more perfect location. The condo was in clean and close to everywhere hardly used the car only to go to Tangers Outlets.. The pool was a God send due to the heatwave we experienced during our stay. We went to Catcher's for happy hour, great food and drink. Met some friends at The Blue Moon loved the atmosphere there. We fell in love with Thrasher Fries and the quaint little shops along Rehoboth Ave.. Overall it was a very relaxing, great vacation spot that we will definitely go back to..

This rental is all about location. It is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants,rides and Rehoboth Avenue. The unit itself is spacious and clean and the owners were very easy to work with. We especially enjoyed the upper balcony dinners with a great view of the pool! Oh, and the pool...it will make you forget all about the ocean and the beach. Warm, clean, underutilized and NO SAND!!!! : ). Our four girls could not get enough of it...or get out of it!!! This rental is too wonderful to keep the secret to ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay! The condo is in a great location, close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, etc., and not far from the boardwalk and beach either. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the woman who coordinated our stay was helpful and quick to respond to emails. Plus, it was very affordable! We would definitely recommend this condo and are already thinking of returning for another visit!

The location of this condo is wonderful; among other things, we're big fans of the Dogfish Head pub, which was just 100 yds away! The beach was also a comfortable walk, even with all of our beach paraphernalia. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but this was perfect for us - our main goal was to explore the beach area at Rehoboth, doing as little driving as possible once we got there.
