REHOBOTH BEACH IS RATED ONE OF THE BEST IN AMERICA AND
THIS HOUSE IS ONE OF THE BEST IN REHOBOTH
RELAX in a comfortable beach house reminiscent of cedar shake “cottages” on Cape Cod. This house is clean and stylish, with distinctive charm and character that cannot be replicated in rental properties that smell of drywall gypsum and are located miles from the beach.
CHARACTER -- You can hear the ocean here. The Fireplace in the center of the Living Room is constructed with brick and stone taken from the original Rehoboth Lighthouse. There is comfortable seating for a large number of guests in this airy living area, but expect to spend many hours on the large screened front porch. Or gather around the large dining room table or outdoor picnic table in a secluded backyard. There is plenty of space for socializing or quiet moments alone.
COMFORT— Fully furnished in an elegant but comfortable style, you should find everything you will need. There are ample air conditioning units, but you have the option of ceiling fans to bring in the sea breezes. There are no parking hassles because the driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.
AMENITIES—No need to rough it while on vacation. The house is equipped with everything you will need except for linens and towels, and consumables such as paper products and food. You can enjoy access to high speed internet and premium cable TV programming. The house features a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Both gas and charcoal grills are available for your use. And there is nothing quite like an outdoor shower when you return from the beach.
SPACE- There are 5 bedrooms: One bedroom with a Queen bed; 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each; and one bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle bed. All bedrooms have dressers for clothing and 3 have closets. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the Living Room.
AVAILABILITY- Available from 6:00 P.M. Sundays to 5:00 P.M. Fridays from Memorial Day until the end of October except for weeks with a holiday.
Rents are approximately $1000 less than the comparable weekly rental. Our renters can enjoy the beach on Sunday, depart at the end of the day on Friday and enjoy effectively the same time at the beach as a weekly rental—and avoid the Saturday traffic.

You will enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood situated near the Silver Lake Wildlife Refuge, yet within a short walking distance from the Boardwalk and dining and shopping clustered around Rehoboth Avenue.
The beach is wide and uncrowded. Lifeguards are on duty.
The distance from the house to the beach entrance is less than one and a half blocks crossing only one street with little traffic—no need to worry getting to and from the beach in safety and with no hassles.
The area is close enough to Boardwalk attractions but far enough away to offer privacy. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
There are numerous recreational activities in or near Rehoboth Beach, including bike paths, golf, tennis, fishing, shops and outlet stores (with no sales tax), wildlife refuges, museums, arcades, water parks, miniature golf, and the best dining and evening entertainment choices anywhere on the Delaware shore.
