Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation home rental
This fully furnished beach house in the heart of Rehoboth Beach offers the best of two worlds—a block and a half to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The updated one-level house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a front porch and rear deck, living room with fireplace, dining room, renovated kitchen, and is centrally air-conditioned. It is a great value too if you are willing to give up Saturday at the beach for a substantial reduction from the comparable weekly rental rate. (See Availability for more information).
AMENITIES—No need to rough it while on vacation. The house is equipped with everything you will need except for bed linens and towels, and consumables such as paper products and food. You can enjoy access to high speed internet and premium cable HDTV programming. The house features a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and outdoor grill. And there is nothing quite like an outdoor shower when you return from the beach. There are no parking hassles because the driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.
SPACE- There are 4 bedrooms: Two bedrooms with a full bed and twin bed in each; one bedroom with a full bed; and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a sleep sofa in the Living Room. Occupancy is strictly limited to 10 non-smokers and no pets.

AVAILABILITY- Available from 6:00 P.M. Sundays to 5:00 P.M. Fridays except for weeks with a holiday. Our renters can enjoy the beach on Sunday, depart at the end of the day on Friday and enjoy effectively the same time at the beach as a weekly rental—and avoid the Saturday traffic. Rents are hundreds of dollars less than the comparable weekly rentals in this prime location.

Area Information
The property is in a residential neighborhood in South Rehoboth Beach. You cross only one street to reach the beach and boardwalk. The Silver Lake Wildlife Refuge is a short walk. Popular shopping and entertainment venues are within 3-6 blocks.

great value close to the beach

Ample room for 8+ and great comfort away from home in a well located,clean and quiet house with small yard and a very well outfitted kitchen. Lovely front screened porch and back deck, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Full sized washer/dryer was a great help so you go home with clean clothes. Ample off street parking was a plus. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house and not a rental.
