Description of the Rehoboth Beach vacation home rental
The house has a new, beautiful in ground swimming pool with a yard and privacy fence.
There are 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and an outside shower. The Master bedroom is on the first floor which overlooks the pool and has its own entrance to the deck. All bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an extra beverage refrigerator in the garage. It is a great, casual party house and is large enough to share with another couple or family. Sharing is a great way to defray the rental costs too! Throughout, there are 3 queen beds, 1 king bed and 5 twin beds.

Spacious and relaxing

My family's vacation at this house was wonderful. The open floor plan made for a relaxing week with 3 toddlers. The pool was beautiful and very clean. There was enough of everything for everyone. We were only a 5-10 minute drive to the beach, and the community our house was in was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely go back! Reasonable price for what you get! Very happy with our stay.

We loved the property and especially the pool. This is the 4th year in a row we have rented a home, the first in Rehoboth, and loved the area. The neighborhood was very quiet, a little to quiet at times, but was so close to the happenings of Rehoboth we can't complain. It was a 5 minute ride to the beach and everyone can find something to do there. Then house was morethan accommodating for our group of 12 and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The one small downfall of the house was the lack of counter space in the kitchen. With 3 cooks in our group, they were constantly vying for counter/cooking space. Overall the house was magnificent and we would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing House and Location

Sal and Wendy met us at the property and showed us around the house and explained everything in detail. The house and the community are beautiful and well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was so nice to have a pool and gas grill in the backyard. Since we had two 3-year-olds with us, I was especially happy that the door to the pool area was secured with a lock that needed a key to open so that they could not accidentally get access to the pool area alone. The outside shower was also convenient when returning from the beach. The kids enjoyed riding the bikes and playing some of the games that were there. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The weather was wonderful as we only had one day of heavy rain. We all had a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much Sal and Wendy.

fabulous home away from home

We absolutely loved the home when we got there. It was beautiful on the outside and even nicer on the inside. All of our needs were met! The open feeling of the house was great. Having three bathrooms was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped and very pretty. Once we opened the back door, our vacation was amped up! The pool and the enclosed private backyard was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of outdoor furniture and toys for the kids. I definitely would like to go back to this house next year. The house is also very conveniently located to everything, shopping, movies, the beach and anything else you want to do.

My family (total of 12!) stayed in the house for one week and had an amazing time. Close enough to the beach, but not so close that you're dealing with the crowds. The neighborhood was perfect and we loved riding our bikes to the beach. Don't even get me started on the house pool-- it was the best! We give it an A++!

This was one of the nicest beach homes that I have ever stayed at. The home was very clean and has everything that you need to have a wonderful vacation. My family loved, loved, loved the pool. There is so much to do within a couple of miles of the home. Perfect home to spend your vacation in. Would love to visit again next year!

Beautiful house with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Big rooms, pool and pool area was awesome for gathering and with a full sized grill cooking was made easy! So close to the beaches (recommend Dewey for less crowds)the shops and a GREAT veggie stand right on Bay Vista (corn soooo sweet!)Thumbs up for this property!

Our stay was just more than we expected. We felt just like if we were at home. Everything that we needed we found in the house. Our kids loved the home because of its pool, and the games that came along. Myfamily and I loved everything about the home. We did not even want to leave.
