This property is perfect for families with children and/ or grandparents or older couples. Central air and ceiling fans through out. Open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen w/bar. Living room has cable TV w/DVD. Two bedrooms (queen and 2 twins) and a bathroom adjoin this area. Full kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, coffee pot, toaster, etc. The suite portion of the cottage is located on the opposite side of the kitchen past the laundry room. The suite consists of a family room w/cable TV and DVD, the third bedroom (queen) an adjoining bathroom w/shower and a small galley kitchen complete with a bar sink, microwave, under-counter fridge, coffee pot and toaster. The suite is perfect for parents, grandparents, early morning risers or those family members seeking a bit more privacy away from the rest of the family. A twin roll-away bed (provided) can be set up in the family room, if necessary. The cottage is stocked with a large assortment of good beach reads and a small assortment of DVDs.

Porch with bay views and sunsets comes complete with outside table, chairs and umbrella. Patio with garden view has a picnic table and gas grill. There is also an outside shower, a storage shed for beach gear and bikes and a clothes line to hang wet beach towels and swim suits. Off-street parking for 3 cars.

The following weeks are currently available at a rate of $1950/week: June 30 - July 7, July 7 - July 14 and July 14 - 21.
