Enjoy a tastefully decorated and comfortable townhouse with a three season room, fully furnished. Bring sheets (2 queens and a single) and towels and you are good to go. Don't sacrifice style in hard economic times!
There is 2 resevered parking spaces along with several guest visitor spots. Please be respectful of the neighboorhood.

- Deposits: 50% Security Deposit required when making reservation. Full rental required one week prior to occupancy. Security Deposit returned within 2 weeks after check out and property inspection. 2 night minimum stay. Sorry, no students or graduates.
- Other Fees: PayPal Customers add 3% for processing.
$75 cleaning fee for weekly rentals.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $100.
