CLEAN, SPACIOUS, AND GORGEOUS!!!

5 STARS!!!!! We loved staying in this clean and luxurious townhome. Everything you need is either right there or a very short drive to the store. The location is perfect! The townhome is very private but all the stores you want or need are right down the road. The kitchen is stunning! The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The top floor has a glamorous and huge master suite. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. This is perfect if families are sharing this townhome. My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor with our children in the next bedroom. My parents had plenty of privacy when they were upstairs in the master suite. We highly recommend renting this townhome! We will definitely be staying there again next year!

Amazing Family Oasis w/parking & pool!

The home itself is....BEAUTIFUL! The appliances are new including the washer and dryer (nice touch). The community is so new units are being built but the community has a WONDERFUL private pool nestled in the corner of the development - close enough to walk but far enough from peering eyes. The pool had floats, balls, etc. available for everyone to use along with restrooms and a water fountain (clever). The home has two outdoor decks (1st and 2nd floor) that were relaxing places to sit and chat and paln the evening or let ones food digest while looking at the stars. The beds were new and the layouts worked perfectly. My wife and I usually don't have comfortable sleep anyplace other than home but that was not the case here....we slept like overtired toddlers (i.e. nice, through the night, and work up smiling). Our children used the internet connection, the board games, and the assortment of good books. They also had use of the FLAT SCREEN TVS (envy alert). The decorations are comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. They even keep coolers, and beach chairs, in the closet. Also, they have a wonderful outdoor grill which saves money AND you don't have to wait for 1-2 hours to get a seat - just choose a deck and the chair....is yours. The owners/etc. are FIRST RATE. The condo was very roomy, clean and well appointed. It was an easy 10 minute ride to the beach on bikes. The owners were very cooperative and local so if any problem arose they could address quickly.

Beach ladies had a great week

We are 6 women who vacation for a week every summer to play mahjongg, bike, eat out and enjoy the sand and ocean. We loved the condo! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could ask for. We were thrilled to find a wonderful bike trail through the woods and back roads going from Rehoboth to Lewes. For the non-bikers in our group, the 9 block walk from the condo to the beach became a daily routine--long enough to be exercise but short enough for us over 50s gals to do easily. thanks for a great vacation place to rent!
