Lots of space will ensure your comfort and enjoyment. The development also has a swimming pool that is a two minute walk from the townhouse and visible from the porch.

This condo is a real find. Clean and spacious. We had 10 adults on our vacation and it never felt over-crowded. Tastefully decorated, with porches/decks on three of the four separate levels, it was a big hit with our group. The only draw-back is the distance to the beach. Wouldn't really categorize it as within walking distance, especially if you have towels, coolers and gear. Walking with just a towel might work, but the walk back after a long day at the beach wouldn't be easy. That said, it didn't really matter to us, there are several parking lots along the shore that are reasonable. We found one that was $7 for the day, with a sticker that allowed you to go in and out as often as you needed. They also had big umbrellas to rent for only $10, (worth every penny.) The distance from the condo to the main drag is pretty short and kind of a plus. You can get there easily, but enjoy the peace and quiet of a tucked away complex. Additionally, the condo has a pool that was great. Literally about a 30 second walk from the front door. We went several times and enjoyed having a fun water option so close. Overall, you can't go wrong with this classy property.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely town-home. It is extremely spacious and wonderfully decorated. We were impressed with how clean and modern the rooms were. There is a patio and each floor has its own balcony so there is plenty of space for everyone. The home is quietly situated in a privately living area just off of the main avenue, where most of the action is. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the beach and boardwalk. The home is truly a gem and I recommend you consider staying there for any Rehoboth, Dewey, or Bethany beach vacation!

Our family of six enjoyed this condo very much during our school's spring break. The website pictures do not do it justice. All four floors were nicely furnished and very comfortable. The only drawback was the one-mile walk to the ocean... not bad once or twice for the hearty. At this time of year though, parking spaces were easy to find and free!

My family enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this large, comfortable townhouse a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. With four levels, a deck, and a porch, we each had our private space when we chose. The kitchen is very light and well-equipped. The ample parking, friendly neighbors, and landscaped grounds made it all the more delightful and definitely a place to return to.

The house we rented at Geneva on the Lake in Ohio was very nice. We had plenty of space. It was very clean! The furniture was nice. The front porch was a nice place to relax and watch the people walk by. We would stay here again!

The condo was incredible. It allowed us to be able to feed our family good food while at a baseball tournament for the weekend. Close proximity to the beach. Simple yet big enough for everyone to have their own space. just LOVELY!

I stayed at this townhouse in Sept. Was told by the owner October 14 he would send my refund by the end of the week. It is now Dec. 12 and I still haven't received. I have sent several emails to this owner and have not received a response.

The owner of this property does NOT RETURN SECURITY DEPOSITS...even when you leave the place cleaner than when you arrived. I have emailed David numerous times with no response.
