Reunion Resort and Club of Orlando is an exclusive five star gated private members community just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 10 minutes from the main gate of The Walt Disney Theme Park. Reunion Resort is close to numerous other attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and shops making it an ideal location for a family vacation.

The Isabella model is a brand new custom 4110 square foot, 4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home with all the upgrades you need. The home is professionally designed and furnished and is equipped to luxury standards.

This luxurious custom-built home has its own private pool with spa and enjoys all day sunshine. The pool is also equipped with adjacent pool bath on the lanai. The pool area is fully equipped with loungers and outside furniture for alfresco dining and a full summer kitchen, complete with gas grill and mini refrigerator. Perfect for entertaining on beautiful summer evenings in Florida. The home also has private parking in a spacious 2-car garage.

The villa has free use of telephone, high speed, wireless internet and a 50" plasma TV entertainment center with surround sound speakers in a built in entertainment center. It is fully equipped with all bedding, bath and pool towels.

Bedrooms:
The spacious ground floor master suite features access to the lanai and pool area via sliding glass door. It has a king size bed, chest, nightstands and loveseat and two chairs. There is a large walk in closet with a complete custom closet system. The fully tiled bathroom has granite countertops, a whirlpool jetted bathtub, a bidet, private water closet, separate shower enclosure and twin sinks.

The spacious upstairs master suite has French doors to a balcony over-looking the Watson Independence golf course where the Ginn Open is held annually. It has a king size bed, chest, nightstands and two chairs. There is a large walk in closet with a complete custom closet system. The fully tiled bathroom has granite countertops, a whirlpool jetted bathtub, private water closet, separate shower enclosure and twin sinks.

The additional two bedrooms upstairs feature queen beds, adjacent bathrooms with granite countertops, large walk-in closets with custom closet systems and chest of drawers.

The 5th and final bedroom has a twin day bed with an additional twin trundle bed, a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet complete with a custom closet system.

All bedrooms are equipped with their own televisions with cable TV.

Living Areas:
The downstairs living room is complete with a 54" plasma screen TV, stereo, and surround sound, full couch, 2 chairs, and built in entertainment center with custom, remote control lighting. The living room over-looks the golf course and has sliding glass doors to the golf course and the pool.

The upstairs living room off the upstairs master features another full sized couch and additional chairs for seating and is perfect for playing games or gathering with friends and family.

Dining Areas:
The eat-in kitchen features seating for 4 at a table adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the pool. In addition there are four barstools at the kitchen counter for guests to socialize with the cook(s) in the kitchen.

The main dining room has seating for six as well as a buffet for serving.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four, an island with tons of workspace and cabinets, a gas cooktop, microwave, stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator and oven. The custom solid maple cabinets have more than ample storage space and all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking pans, etc. that are provided for your stay. There is also a walk-in pantry to store all your groceries for your stay.

Laundry room with large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
