Description of the Reunion vacation home rental

Reunion Resort is a beautiful new gated vacation community 9 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios-Orlando and SeaWorld. It is located just off US 192 with easy access to I-4.

Positioned on the BEST POSITION ON THE RESORT in Liberty Bluff. This five bedroom (One King Master, One Queen Master, one Queen room, one bunk and full bed and a seperate apartment with a queen size bed) has four and two half bathrooms. The villa has its own private pool and spa. Each room has been beautifully decorated to a high standard. Our home has a view of the 8th hole of the Magnificent LPGA Palmer’s Legacy Golf Course. Conveniently located in the 24 hour gated community of Reunion Resort.

The spacious, open-plan, family room opens directly to the dining area and has designer furnishings, a 40 inch LCD HD cable TV,and DVD. We also include free local and nationwide long distance and a free high-speed internet connection.

A clean, well-equipped kitchen has upgraded granite work surfaces with appliances including self-cleaning smooth-top range, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker, waste disposal and dishwasher , toaster, blender, and coffee maker. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and dryer.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own cable TV with attached DVD player. They have been furnished to a high standard and come complete with high quality bed linen's and towels. There are two magnificent master bedroom suites. The house easily accommodates nine individuals and the apartment accommodates 4 people.

The pool and spa within the property is in a very secluded private area. We have supplied the home with a quality pool table that can be used on the property. Pool towels are also available in the closet on the main floor easily accessed toward the pool area.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Minimum one week
Lodging Tax: Included
Deposits: $300 security deposit for one week, which is refundable after the final clean, charges from resort are verified at the end of the month and all utilities have checked out. A higher security deposit is required for two weeks or more.
Other Fees: $53.50 guest membership fee for the entire family and a one-time fee for your entire stay. This allows free access to the waterpark for your entire stay and allows you to golf, use the spa, and restaurants. The golf, restaurants, and spa are charged to your credit cards only. Cleaning fee $150.00, Pool heat $30 per day. Apartment is an additional $150 for each week.

This house is amazing. The golf course view alone is worth the stay. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms impeccably decorated. We stayed for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. It is walking distance from a olympic sized pool with games for the kids and fitness center. Not to mention 2 miles from the neighborhood waterpark. We have stayed in Reunion 7 times and this is the nicest house we stayed in.
