‘Sunrise At Reunion’ is a luxurious golf front vacation home located within the prestigious Reunion Resort. It was completely refurbished in 2009 by a professional custom designer and boasts uninterrupted panoramic views over the Tom Watson course and conservation area. It offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms between the main villa and separate 1 bedroom apartment making it ideal for groups wishing to spend quality time together. Sunrise occupies an enviable location within Reunion and is walking distance to the resort facilities and nearby shops. Sunrise is a peaceful retreat yet is conveniently located for all Orlando's attractions.

Main House:

Downstairs
The main house has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area
Living Area: leather sofas, an accent chair, plasma TV
Dining Area: dining table and leather chairs for 6 people. Off the dining area is a breakfast bar with barstools
Kitchen Area: granite worktops, stainless steel appliances, two sink areas, large fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and all mod cons
Mstr 2 - queen bed, overlooking private courtyard and pool. Ensuite with shower cubicle, w/c, sink and Jack and Jill doors into living area.

Upstairs
Mstr 1 - king bed, direct access to balcony overlooking golf course. Ensuite with double sink, shower cubicle, w/c room, corner tub.
Twin bedroom - 2 single beds, overlooking private courtyard and pool. Ensuite with bath/shower, w/c, sink.
Separate area with both a washer and a dryer.
Separate area with desk which can be used for internet access (guest to use own laptop)

Carriage House Apartment (Above Double Garage)
The apartment has an open plan living area and kitchenette/dining area, plus a separate bedroom and ensuite with Jack and Jill doors into living area.
Living area - sofa bed offering additional accommodation for 2, arm chair, plasma TV
Dining/Kitchenette area – dining table/chairs for 4 people, small fridge, microwave and other conveniences such as kettle/toaster.
Queen Bedroom with en-suite with bath/shower, w/c, sink and Jack and Jill doors into living area.

Outside

The living and dining areas each have a door opening onto a large patio area. A large patio dining table, six chairs and a small table are provided.
The upstairs balcony has two patio chairs with footstools and a small coffee table
Both the patio and balcony offer panoramic views over the Tom Watson golf course and the conservation area beyond. Early birds will enjoy the magnificent sunrise views before making their way to the private pool courtyard situated between the main house and carriage apartment.

The pool area is in the sun all day, but also provides some areas of shade as the sun moves throughout the day so there is always a spot to gain some respite from the heat. This area has attractive landscaping, a deck area and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a poolside w/c for convenience. The pool itself is shaped and also has a Jacuzzi area. Pool heating can be provided at additional cost.

Other
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and the doors accessing the pool are fitted with child safety alarms.
A cot (guests to use own linen) and high chair can be made available on request at no extra charge.
Towels are provided, along with cleaning on departure. Additional mid-stay cleans can be organised in advance at an additional cost.

Reunion

Reunion Resort is one of Orlando’s premier gated resort communities. Orlando International Airport is only 30 miles away.

Sunrise occupies an enviable location within Reunion Resort and is situated within a short walk of the Restaurants, Spa, Children’s Play Park, Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion and Eleven, the Rooftop Lounge and Pool where you can enjoy views of the Disney Fireworks. It is also within walking distance to the Shoppes at Reunion which includes a Publix Supermarket, Dunkin Donuts and Subway with small sit-in areas, Nail Salon, Hairdressers, Chinese and Pizza Takeaways, and a Gas Station

Reunion is conveniently located for Orlando’s premier Theme Parks and Water Parks. It is just 6 miles from Walt Disney World®, 12 miles from SeaWorld®, and 16 miles from Universal Studios®. Please note Sunrise does not have access to the Water Park within Reunion Resort.

The beautiful town of Celebration is only a ten minute drive away offering a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a Cinema, as well as a beautiful lake with walking and cycling trails.

Downtown Disney and Universal Boardwalk are a short drive away with a variety of bars/restaurants and shops and entertainment options.

Highway 192 is minutes away offering a host of dining and shopping experiences.

The Premium Outlets are a short drive away and include Nike, Timberland, Ralph Lauren to name a few, as well as a variety of restaurants.

Cocoa, Daytona and other East Coast Beaches are approximately a 60 minute drive away, while Clearwater, St Pete' and other West Coast Beaches are approximately 90 minutes drive away.

Adjacent to the resort are a number of golf courses including Champion’s Gate with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy. Please note Sunrise at Reunion does not have access to the private Reunion Golf membership.
