Description of the Rhodes vacation apartment rental

Newly renovated beautiful studio in Rhodes, Greece.

The studio is located in the popular area of Ixia Center, very close to everything! 3min walking distance to the beach, great residential neibourhood. The area is full of great amenities, super markets, restaurants (some of the best restaurants are in walking distance), pool bars, cafe, beach bars, hair salons, internet cafes, etc On the block of the property there is a bus stop that can take you into the Old town in 10-15 min.

The studio can sleep up to 2 people, has all amenities and it was just renovated in October 2007 by the owners that are architects. It has a great terrace with a fountain and outside sun beds for you to enjoy the Greek sun!! Everything is new and ready for you to have a great holiday! Area Description

The studio is located 3 minute walk to the beach, the area is full of resturants, bar, many markets, internet cafe, etc, all amentities in walking distance, 10 min to city center. There is a pool very close that you can use!

Charming, Clean, and Convenient, January 4, 2009

This apartment lives up to its photos and description! It is clean, well furnished, and stylish. The location is close enough to Rodos (and right on the bus route) to be convenient, yet far enough away from the main tourist resorts so as to be more relaxed. Many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance (including a very modern grocery store). Nikos, the manager, was as nice and helpful as we could have possibly hoped for (this was our first time in Greece, and he answered our many questions, and even helped us find a reliable car rental agent). I should add that the beach that is 2 blocks away is gravel, and not sand, but this is a very minor point! We stayed for a month and would stay there again - Efkharisto!
