Excellent access to all Mount Hood Summer Recreation areas. For rent, three bedroom, two bathrooms (approx. 1,600 sf) Sandy Riverfront home in Timberline Rim neighborhood in the Rhododendron/Brightwood area. Sleeps 6-7 with one king size bed and four twins with additional mattress. Expansive view of the Sandy River and Huckleberry Mountain (the best in Timberline Rim). Good access to common areas. Get a first hand view of an area of the river that has been the site of many river changes over the past two decades. Desirable covered deck. Warm knotty pine interior. Fully furnished with two televisions (no cable), many children’s movies as well as ping pong table and old Nintendo video game console. Short walk to commumity pool and tennis courts. Woodstove and electric heat. Competitively priced at $150 per night with a two night minimum. Weekly rates available. Possible housing trades are welcomed.

Clean and well maintained. Nice condition as advertized. Excellent location for year round activities. Grocery, gas, restaraunts, nearby. Next time I'm bringing my fishing pole.

From Long Island NY. "This wild idea was born on Thanksgiving to meet up with daughter & partner in Portland, OR to spend quality time in the mountains @ Mount Hood. So I never saw so much snow & solitude in my life. We sang songs & did snow sculpters, igloos, walks. Great meals in the kitchen. What a beautiful memory we sowed on this hill in this wonderful house". May everyone have such a wonderful time and beautiful meaningful Chrismas.

Good place for everything. The sound of the river was healing thru and thru. Thanks for making this place available for others to appreciate. It is wonderful here!

Once we got here we were very happy. The Cabin was clean and well equipped. The ping pong table was a huge hit! When we go here the NY'ers who stayed left unbelievable snow sculpters. It was too warm to sled or ski on all of Mt Hood so we stayed in and played games. What a perfect weekend. We'll be back!
