Area Info
As a city, Rimini is a tourist destination full of activities tailored to young people, families and senior citizens. It’s considered the capital of Italian seaside tourism with 22 Kms of fine sandy beaches, and the capital of nightlife with a promenade lined of restaurants, hotels, pubs and nightclubs. Famous discos and clubs are located also on the Rimini hills. In recent years it has also begun to emerge as a city of business, which means that activities and services catering to the business community are constantly on the rise and that business and entertainment activities are going on all year long.

Rimini has an interesting historic center designed with the typical roman structure. Still visible and well preserved are several roman ruins (the roman Augustus Arch, the Tiberius Bridge, the amphitheatre). A great museum, the Rimini City Museum, linked with the domus of Chirurg, are among the greatest and more interesting museums of the roman time. The City centre shows also interesting spots and monuments related to the medieval and renaissance periods, such the Malatesta Temple, the City Cuncil palace, the Pine Fountain etc. Most of the city centre is close to traffic and with a nice walk- able area, packed with shops and bars, it cannot be missed!!!

The Rimini area is excellently networked to many important destinations : the perfect staying option for those wishing to see nearby Bologna, Ravenna, Pesaro, Florence, Venice and many other Italian places and cities around Italy's Centre and North.

OUR FLAT is perfectly situated, just across the road from the beach front, just few steps from the bus stop and only a ten-minute bus ride from the old city.
Your bus stop services 2 routes for frequent day and night travel:
Buses running northwards take you to the old city and Rimini's train station, those running southwards lead to Riccione. In both directions you would commute along the Adriatic's superb beach front !
Take a train from Rimini Station to any number of renowned and interesting destinations nearby (Ravenna, Florence, Bologna, Ancona, Venice) or even a delightful bus ride among the hills of Rimini, in the Montefeltro and Urbino areas.
At the train station you will also find a tourist information centre as well as a bus information centre where you can ask assistance in planning any number of possible trips around Rimini.
Upon your arrival at the flat you will receive an information pack with our compliments, including suggestions and ideas for planning your trip around Rimini.

A drive-in Safari designed to give visitors as much contact as possible with animals in their natural habitat. It is just 250 m from Mirabilandia (above). Sadfari Adventure is just outside Ravenna. You could combine a visit here with a trip to the town : a very important one as, among other points of interest, Dante Alighieri is entombed here (Alighieri 's cenotaph in Florence’s Santa Croce Church, close to the tomb of Machiavelli and Galileo Galilei, does not actually hold the poet's bones). At one time Ravenna was briefly the capital of the Eastern Roman empire, which means you can view many exquisitely-preserved mosaics. It also has the mausoleums of both Galla Placidia and of Theodoric the Great. We can procure reduced tickets for guests interested in the Safari Adventure option
