Two beautiful condo units in a brand new building with outdoor swimming pool and fully equipped fitness centre. Each 2 bedrooms unit features a living room with comfortable sofas and equipped with 40" HD LCD TV and DVD player, kitchen with granite counter tops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a dining area with dining table and chairs, and in-suite washer and dryer. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and there's also a second bathroom for the 2nd bedroom, each bedroom has a queen size bed. Each unit can accomodate 4 adults comfortably, Free local telephone and wireless internet service is provided, and each unit has 2 free parking space in the building's secured parkade. The building's garden/play area has a putting green!

The building is 10 minutes by car to the Vancouver Internationl Airport, 10 minutes to the City of Vancouver and 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver; and easy access to all major attractions in Greater Vancouver. This is a beautiful 2-bdrm condo in a great location. It was so bright and airy - it's a corner unit and the walls are floor-to-ceiling windows! It was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished. Everything is new and modern, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Two beautiful bathrooms so no one fought for the shower in the morning. The view was great, overlooking the common gardens and the Olympic 2010 Skating Oval. It is walking distance to downtown Richmond and quick access to major routes to the Greater Vancouver area, by car or public transit. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!
