Description of the Richmond vacation apartment rental

Two beautiful condo units in a brand new building with outdoor swimming pool and fully equipped fitness centre. Each 2 bedrooms unit features a living room with comfortable sofas and equipped with 40" HD LCD TV and DVD player, kitchen with granite counter tops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a dining area with dining table and chairs, and in-suite washer and dryer. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and there's also a second bathroom for the 2nd bedroom, each bedroom has a queen size bed. Each unit can accomodate 4 adults comfortably, Free local telephone and wireless internet service is provided, and each unit has 2 free parking space in the building's secured parkade. The building's garden/play area has a putting green!

Area Description

The building is centrally located in the City of Richmond near major hotels including the Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Executive Inn, and Ramada Inn. It is within walking distance to Richmond Centre, one of the most popular and largest shopping centre in Greater Vancouver; and just 10 minutes walk to the new Richmond Olympic Speed Skating Oval built for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic.

The building is 10 minutes by car to the Vancouver Internationl Airport, 10 minutes to the City of Vancouver and 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver; and easy access to all major attractions in Greater Vancouver. The City of Richmond is a diversified suburb in Greater Vancouver with great civic facilities, shopping, dining and entertainment venues; and if you love Asian food, Richmond has the best authentic Chinese restaurants in North America.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Minimum 3 nights
Lodging Tax: 5%
Deposits: C$300 non-refundable deposit required upon confirmation of reservation, the deposit shall be held as security deposit during the stay and will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages to the apartment unit. However, the deposit can be applied as payment for rental charges upon check-in, provided that the guest provides a valid credit card for security deposit.
Other Fees: Parking in the secured parkade for 2 vehicles and high speed internet access is provided free of charge. No cleaning charge at the end of rental, additional housekeeping service during the rental period is available at C$75 for each requested service. For monthly rental, free housekeeping service is provided on a weekly basis.

This is a beautiful 2-bdrm condo in a great location. It was so bright and airy - it's a corner unit and the walls are floor-to-ceiling windows! It was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished. Everything is new and modern, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Two beautiful bathrooms so no one fought for the shower in the morning. The view was great, overlooking the common gardens and the Olympic 2010 Skating Oval. It is walking distance to downtown Richmond and quick access to major routes to the Greater Vancouver area, by car or public transit. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!
