Beautiful over garage apt. beautifully furnished, with balcony, w/mountain views, walk to town, trails, park, shopping, resturants, spas & mineral springs. Ten minutes to Ouray & forty minutes to Telluride.
Area Description
Southwestern Colorado in the San Juan Mountains. Skiing at Telluride, Ice Climbing in Ouray, Mountain bike riding all over. The fabulous San Junan Mountains if you climb or hike in high country. We also have the Cimmerons. Great fly fishing, rafting, over night camping if you are so inclined. Two great golf courses. Great local arts & craft stores. An hour & a half from the Colorado wine country around Grand Junction. But most of all small town, peace & quiet.

This is a personel resident in a small town close to Telluride, Ouray, the apt. was recently rented for the summer furnished & is avalible one short term stay from Oct 1, 2009. A great place for a couple, with of without children, would work for two couples.
