Steps from beach, lovely second floor, covered balcony, beachfront unit in gated Playa Almirante in Anasco, minutes from Rincon, Puerto Rico.
Within the complex of award wining Rincon Beach Resort, it's dining and water sports. Fully equipped kitchen, TV/Cable, electric stove/oven, A/C, ceiling fans. Queen beds in Master and 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds in thrid bedroom. All linens, washer/dryer,BBQ grill, 2 parking spaces, swimming pools, cabana, kid's play area and tennis courts. Cleaning lady available for general cleaning. Located half hr. from Aguadilla airport, 15 minutes from Mayaguez. Shopping and restaurants short drive.

Excellent get-away!

What a great condo and what a great location. The beach is secluded, but you have resort activities and town nearby. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a relaxing get-away!

Home away from home

We stayed at Gladys & John's condo for a week in April 2011. We had a wonderful time. There were 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 5, 6 & 8). There was more than enough room for everyone. The condo had everything we needed to have a relaxing & enjoyable time. The luxury of having the pool & beach within steps of our door was terrific. The view from the balcony was the "topping on the cake". We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Rincon.

Amazing stay

Nothing but great! We already miss waking up to the sounds of the waves and looking out the balcony to an amazing tropical view. The apartment is clean and beautiful and located in a clean and quiet beach....but a short drive can lead you to numerous restaurants, shops and other activities. We really loved our stay last week and can't wait to get back.

We stayed in Gladys and John's condo for 6 weeks and had a terrific time. The unit is a short walk to the beach with majestic views of the bay and great sunsets. With the door open on the balcony one can see and hear the waves breaking on the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated and John and Gladys are very attentive to their guests.
