Our home has been professionally decorated for the discriminating traveler, and we've included just about everything you'll ever need. Our private rooftop Spanish tile terrace with gazebo and wet bar is truly what sets us apart and will make your vacation so unique! The terrace is for your exclusive use - not shared, with access from inside the apt. You'll also enjoy the gas grill, outdoor dining under the gazebo, and plenty of space for elegant entertaining or just soaking up the sun! You might also enjoy cocktails on the private balcony off the living room. Our unique location offers panoramic views of the mountains and the Caribbean, a quiet beach that's great for swimming, a 5 minute drive to great surfing, and close proximity to watersports and all the best of Rincon! (Note: We are NOT at the Public Beach (aka Rincon Beach) - no crowds, no busy streets to cross)
Area Information
Rincon is Puerto Rico's best kept secret! It is a small beachfront community that boasts some of the most fantastic scenery on the island. Water sports abound! Besides the world class surfing, Rincon offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean, as well as deep sea fishing, windsurfing, kayaking, nearby golfing and whale watching (in winter). There's no lack of activities to keep you busy - if you can drag yourself off the beautiful beach! Life in Rincon is simple, 'non-touristy' and inviting. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets and views of green mountains and cow pastures jutting right up to the Caribbean. Its charming beachfront restaurants, bars and inns offer a much more authentic sample of Puerto Rico's Caribbean hospitality than the bustling metropolitan areas. Simply The Best

We have stayed in many locations throughout Puerto Rico. This is by far the best. The views are fanstastic you can see in all four directions and having the rooftop all to yourself 9 stories up just puts you in your own private world. Beach is just steps away and so is the pool.
