Enjoy the simple luxury of tropical furnishings and sit on your huge private terrace, inhaling Rincon Puerto Rico’s oceanfront breezes. Swim, snorkel, beachcomb, birdwatch and relax in your beach chair.

Savored by very few guests, Lemon Tree has six oceanfront suites (3 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedrooms, and studios). Each has its own private Puerto Rican oceanfront terrace (20’ x 20’), completely equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, and iron. All suites have art glass lighting, local artist paintings, photographs and paper mache artworks. The central courtyard and grounds abound with tropical flowers and palms to delight the senses.

This is the perfect place to enjoy an intimate time together to renew your relationship or begin your life together after your celebration of love and commitment.

We are dedicated to service to our clients and all suites are serviced daily. If there is something you would like, all you need to do is ask us - we live on-site.

Area Description

Rincon, Puerto Rico is a small relaxed beach town and yet has an abundance of restaurants, for all tastes and pocketbooks, and many enjoyable things to do. In Rincon, you can:
scuba dive, snorkel, parasail, sail, enjoy a chartered snorkel sail, go whale watching, visit local artist studios and galleries, collect magnificent shells and sea glass and enjoy swimming in the warm Caribbean waters.

As Puerto Rico is a small island, nothing is very far away and all of the sites on the west coast of the island are an easy drive. We recommend visiting the Guanica Dry Forest, Phosphorescent bay in Parguera, the Mayaguez Zoo and Botanical Garden, the galleries and museums of Ponce, and the fun town of Boqueron.

Payment Options: Mastercard, Money Order, Visa
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 nights
Lodging Tax: 7%
Deposits: The Deposit is 50% of the total for the room.  The lodging tax is the lowest in Puerto Rico, 7%. As the deposit is 50% of the room total, then the other 50% plus the lodging tax is due the day of check in. The cancellation policy is as follows: if you let me know 60 days or more prior to your arrival that you are canceling, I will refund the deposit, less a small $30 processing fee; less than sixty days notice, the deposit is retained.
Other Fees: Departure cleaning fee of $45, energy surcharge of 6% added to the total for the room.

We couldn't have been happier! Thank you for the opportunity to live right on the ocean for two weeks. Every morning we took a walk down the beach, had a nice swim and came in to fix breakfast. to relax, read our books and just "be." You stocked the kitchen with all of the right stuff so we could fix most of our meals right in our suite.
