The view & ocean breezes are so beautiful, you will surely spend many hours in just that spot.
The 1st floor has a full kitchen, dining area, covered terrace, living room, bath and 3 bedrooms. The second floor, with seperate entrance, has 1 bedroom and a large outdoor deck with magnificent views.
The property is surrounded by masonry walls affording privacy and it is gated. There is ample room to park 2 cars.

Area Description

The town of Rincon is very casual and friendly. It will once again host the World Surfing Championships in '07. The town has several good restaurants & shopping is conveniently close to the house. The area is world famous for it's surfing but any and all water sports, including sport fishing, are accomodated and then some. There are many beautiful beaches to swim at located from 300' to just a few miles from the house.
