Our beautifully furnished oceanfront house has 2 separate, spacious, beachfront units (one per floor) each with 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 baths, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Just open the garden gate and step onto our unspoiled four-mile beach, known as the best swimmig beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
Our beachfront home in Rincon is perfect for a secluded get-away or a large family reunion. You can swim, snorkel, walk along the beach or just relax in the sun right on our quiet beach. Then, come inside and cook dinner in our fully equipped kitchen, barbeque on the patio and marvel at the Rincon sunsets. And enjoy all the comforts of home in our comfortable house. There are many great restaurants nearby - or never leave our house.
Our oceanfront is right outside our garden gate. Pick your own exotic fruit in season. Enjoy relaxation and privacy in this lovely beach house in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Our glass living room wall opens onto a 24-foot covered patio - where you can barbeque, watch the dolphins and whales pass by, and marvel at the fabulous sunsets.

We really had a wonderful time! We did lots of sitting on the beach and my girls loved playing in the sand and surf. Speaking of surfing, I got to try it out in Isabella and actually did pretty well!
The house was wonderful--everthing we could ask for. It was great having a washer and dryer on the premises and the little fridge that you added was greatly appreciated and put to much use holding assorted beverages for us!
Gladys and her husband were great. He even came by to help out with a TV problem we were having in the bedroom and I am embarrassed to say that he turned it on right off the bat, so apparently it was a "user" problem on our end. :)
Once again, we loved every second!!!! Thanks so much! Stephenie

We did indeed have the best time at Casa Tamara. The area was so quiet, it was obviously not a vacation week for many. Our son went to Maria's beach for his surfing lessons with Melissa, while our daughter spent her vacation snorkeling in front of the house. Pretty easy. We took a day trip up to coast in into Isabella and all decided that there was no need to go and find a beach, the best set-up was right here at home.
We had a hard time with the restaurants - we are not big fans of fried food or buffets... but once we found the Rum Bar all were happy. We returned three nights in a row for our fresh Mahi Mahi on nice greens. We also loved lunch at Natural High.
The place was huge and clean.
So..... it was great going to PR and staying in your house, our neighbors at Serena were from Charlotte, VT and the boys spent some time playing... You have a great set up there and I will surely recommend the houses to friends.

Nancy – everything was great. Rincon is really laid back, Puerto Rico in general is gorgeous, we did a ton of sight seeing. Your home and the location is fantastic.
The only thing I thought worth mentioning is that the door knob on the entrance door needs a screw, it is falling off. It is secure, but would work much better if the screw that was missing is in it. Other than that the place was perfect.
Thank you for having us and sharing your hide-away in paradise. We will definitely tell family and friends and when we come back to PR, you know where we will hope to stay! I even got to try surfing…much more difficult than I had imagined.

Nancy - We had a wonderful time and we hope to do it again. The house, beach - everything was wonderful. It truly was the best vacation ever. I would recommend Casa Tamara to anyone. We could not have been happier. We did recommend the house to a couple from Maine so they may call you. The house was clean, well-kept and extremely comfortable for our large group. It was a perfect set-up for us because when the smaller children has enough of the beach we were able to head back to the house and hang out in the yard but still be close to the water. I spent many nap-times (while my 2 year old slept inside) on a lounge chair in the yard. It was wonderful. We will definitely be back and hopefully rent Casa Serena as well!

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Casa Tamara. We had hopes of a quiet, restful week and that is exactly what we found. Our most pressing decision was the question of where to go for dinner. The beach was terrific, not to mention so close, and the weather delightful. We were happy to find that the people staying at your other residences were lovely and, as they had stayed there before, were a great source of information about the area. Our accommodations were more than just adequate, they were very “homey” and the household items were exactly what we needed! We would recommend a vacation in Rincon to anyone looking for a great “get-away.”
My wife and I have recently returned from Rincon, Puerto Rico where we stayed at Casa Tamara, and I must say were delighted. The house sits only 40 feet from the ocean and accommodates two families easily with up and downstairs living quarters. We occupied the upstairs. The place was neat and clean and very well appointed. We found three large bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room with a large balcony for us to watch the sun set directly in front of us each afternoon. Because the ceilings are 12 feet tall and because there are windows everywhere, you have a sense of spaciousness and openness. A family of six would have no feelings of being cramped. There is a washer and dryer on site which is always a plus when traveling. Also provided, were both beach chairs and towels, well prepared, accurate and helpful lists of restaurants and local sites. Everything we needed for a carefree vacation was there for us. Our stay in Rincon was a great one and we appreciate your guide in helping us find the right house and we thank the owner for her generosity and thoroughness in providing great accommodations
We all agreed that our stay in Puerto Rico was everything we had hoped. The group, to a person, was thrilled upon arrival at your home. Never having stayed there before, I was conservative in my representations to the other travelers about our accommodations (although I was secretly confident that we had stumbled upon a gem). It was therefore wonderful for me to see the wide-eyed looks of amazement cross the faces of my comrades as we walked up the stairs of your home, into the spacious living-room, and out onto the balcony which beckoned us to come for a view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. With your home as a convenient base, we surfed, fished, snorkeled, golfed, swam and dined out with pleasure for our entire stay, all the while fascinated to be in the middle of culture so different from our own, yet so inviting. Despite the many stories which would accompany us home, our departure was truly heartbreaking. We thank you for your trust as we made arrangements, your helpful recommendations and particularly for your hospitality as your presence could be felt through the many personal touches which live in your home for all to enjoy.
