Description of the Rincon vacation home rental

Our home Hacienda del Mar, is a two level townhome centrally located within walking distance to most attractions in Rincon. The home boasts rustic style; fine wood work, tropical colors throughout, and its overall design is unique to Hacienda Del Mar. The home is nestled among lush tropical vegetation, and other homes in the Vista Azul development of Rincon, in a row of other vacation home rentals.

Our home was renovated to serve as a place of relaxation that can easily accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Each bedroom has A/C and posseses its own outdoor space. Many of our guests have enjoyed our outdoor spaces during the morning hours to enjoy their first cup of coffee while enjoying the ocean breeze and reading their favorite book.

While most of our guests have chosen us in their search for a place to relax, others have chosen us because of the many amenities we offer ideal for entertaining. The home is fully furnished with a living room and dining room set that can seat 6. We also have an outdoor eating area that can accommodate 5 more people. A gas grille is readily available along with a hammock and hammock-swing for one adult.

Rincon is known for its sunsets over the Caribbean sea, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, whale watching, and its friendly 'small town' atmosphere. It is frequented by visitors year round from all over the world, and locals alike. Stay with us and join the few who have learned to love this little piece of paradise in the western-most point in the island of Puerto Rico.

Downtown Rincon can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. There you can find restaurants, Panaderias(bakeries serving breakfast, lunch and more), pharmacies, and many other establishments. Like most Puertorican towns, Rincon has a central plaza used by many to gather in the evenings, after church, to play dominoes or simply to sit and talk to their neighbors.

The beach is also within walking distance of our home – Rincon’s Public Beach (El Balneario) can be reached by foot in a couple of minutes, and Rincon’s Marina Beach is also reachable by foot in about 10 minutes. By taking a 5 minute along Rt 413 at the intersection at the top of our street, you may reach other beaches ranging from surfing spots during the winter season, to snorkeling and sandy beaches for relaxation year round. Traveling in the opposite direction along Rt 115, you will reach Corcega beach, Almendros, etc. If you know Rincon, these beaches will sound familiar: Tres Palmas/Escaleras or Steps, Corcega, Almendros, Domes, Marias, Sandy Beach, Pools.

• Other Fees: Service Charge: 9%. This charge includes cleaning, utilities and greeting and departure services. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel no later than 30 days before the start of your rental period. If you decide to cancel within this time frame, and the period can be re-rented, you will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of 50% of the security deposit. If the cancellation period can not be rented, only 50% of the entire amount contracted shall be refunded.

Had a great time in this mini resort. Over all good taste decoration, very comfortable rooms and beds, spacious kitchen. Everything was well kept and met our expectation. It was so relaxing we only went out one night to Villa Cofresi to have some "Pirata's" Coconut Rum Drinks. We used the yaquzzi a lot as a pond of refresing cool water. Did not like the nearby beach. We would stay again next year if possible

We loved the house. It was clean, spacious, and had everything you would need for a great vacation. The only complaint I had is that the 3rd bedroom's bed is very lumpy and uncomfortable. The other 2 beds were great though. The shower, which is not shown in the pictures, is huge with 3 shower heads and a big bench! The thing that isn't mentioned here, but should be, is how excellent the location of this place is. About a 10 minute or less walk is some awesome snorkeling right off the beach. That was such a treat to find. I would return to Puerto Rico just to stay in this house again!

Our family recently spent 5 glorious and relaxing days at Hacienda del Mar. The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely well cared for and maintained, it had everything we needed, it was very comfortable, spacious, and most important, SPOTLESS. The surrounding area was fabulous with lots to do. We walked to the beach, that's how close it was to the house. And the sunsets, ahh the sunsets; they were breathtaking!!! It was a privilege and a pleasure to do business with the owners. They are the consumate business professionals. All the details for the arrangements were handled with the utmost care and attention. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and would not hesitate at all to rent again!! It was truly a wonderful experience.
