Description of the Rincon vacation villa rental
Villa Orleans is a home in the country, In Rincon PR. (See our video tour on Villa Orleans site.) No passport is required when you visit Puerto Rico.
*
This beachfront home has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and a laundry room; several sun decks, a covered balcony and a terraza. It is equipped with a Wi-Fi and cable TV, so you can work or simply relax. We have an another one bedroom apartment if you need more space.
*
This villa sits on a seawall on the Caribbean side of Rincon. We own almost a kilometer strip in front of the beach, so there's always a sandy beach in front of this home. This beach is nice for children for most of the year. During the winter cold fronts can bring surfing waves of up to 5 feet.
We're family friendly. We have a nice children's library and beach toys (balls, noodles, boogie boards) for keeping the kids entertained. We've had families of 4 generations visiting. The downstairs bedroom is elderly friendly. It sports a half bath and stainless steel hand railing.
We're 40 minutes from Aguadilla Borinquen Airport (code BQN), 10 minutes from the center of Rincon, surfing beaches and restaurants.
The second home on the grounds is the Secret Garden Art Gallery featuring painting, photography, sea glass jewelry and tropical crafts.
Our yoga deck measures 20 x 20 with an 8 x 10 section for the instructor. Additional yoga areas are the terrace and the upstairs balcony, for night time or dawn yoga sessions.
An art gallery is also in separate house on the premises.
A nanny, a housekeeper and a swiss chef are also available.
Rincon is a small town on the western coast of Puerto Rico. It is inhabited by approximately 14,000 people, and swells during the tourist season (winter). Rincon is known for its beaches and its surfing. Waves up to 20 feet are known, but 6 to 10 footers are more common.
In Rincon you can go diving, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, banana boat riding, surfing, and whale watching, swimming, sailing, or simply relaxing. Most beach rental shops are 10 to 15 minutes away.

We had such an amazing time at your house...and Roberto was so amazing too!!! I just got back to the states and got my phone charger and I got the message that you called yesterday (or maybe the day before). Do you still need anything? I'm assuming you got in touch with one of the other girls by now, but feel free to call or email me if you still needed anything! Thank you so so much for letting us use your AMAZING house!!!

Hello. We are back in Ohio now. We got back last night. We had a beautiful vacation in PR this year. We especially enjoyed our time at casa del artista. You have a beautiful place and it was great to have the cookout on Saturday. We will try and send some pictures for you to look at and see if they might go on your website. If our plans go well, we will be back there soon. Enjoy the rest of the year and I hope things go well with you and your family.
Peace,
Steve (Anke & Mia)

I just wanted to say again thanks for the wonderful stay at your house
in Rincon. It was great. Just a perfect setup for us. My mother got
the downstairs 'suite', with her own private balcony (so she could sneak
a smoke), and we all had the upstairs. That huge bedroom upstairs
became a bedroom / playroom all in one.
And, oh my gosh, the water was beautiful!! You should advertise the
'house reefs' you have there. That one reef directly out from the house
marked with the white buoy is just fantastic! Huge box fish, the
several large angel fish following me around, the soft corals - wonderful.
Hope your brother got that bottle of wine. Sorry he wasn't around so we
could say goodbye in person.
Thanks again. I hope we can make it back!
Warmest regards,
Don and Sabrina
Villa Orleans was the perfect site for our 4-generation family vacation. The beautiful beachfront house did a great job accommodating the range of ages from 2 to 88. On top of the many pleasures of being there -- lovely swimming, luscious grounds (including homegrown coconuts), and stunning sunsets -- your warm hospitality.made our week's visit truly idyllic. Our heartfelt thanks.
Here are a few things you might consider. Check out the clothes dryer. It doesn't seem to shut off. A bigger coffee pot. A medium sized sauce pan with a lid for boiling water. We broke a wine glass, a knife, and the pull chain on the light switch in the living room. We left behind a bunch of food and a couple bowls.
I take it we were quite lucky with El Nino, which made it possible to swim in front of the house. Am I right that chances of good swimming weather are better in December? If so, do you have a week available between Xmas and New Year next year?
