Landing View villas located at the famous Sandy Beach at the bottom of Bummer Hill in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This is an ideal escape from the hectic everyday pace that we all have to keep. It is a perfect retreat for the weary.
The Villa is in a private gated development with a pool and gazebo in a beautifully landscaped area with the warm sun and the ocean breeze blowing on you. You can hear the waves crashing from anywhere on the property. The Villas are brand new and situated on three floors , the spacious layout allows for a very comfortable stay and it is furnished with all the necessary amenities.
Area Description
Rincon,located on the west coast of Puerto Rico was made famous decades ago when it held the Worl Surfing Championships and ever since it was a well kept secret among this community. But over the years the secret has gotten out and it is a wonderful relaxed mix of beach, sun, fun, and activities, with water sports and horse back riding and everything in between.
It is a 'traditional' beach community.
