Description of the Rincon vacation villa rental

Our remodeled 4 bedroom, spacious home is only steps from the largest pool on the West Coast....The Caribbean Sea
Villa Sol is the ground level of our home. It has 4 bedrooms and three baths. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, occasional chairs, and armoire and connecting private bath complete with white ceramic tile and an extra large shower with hand held shower massager. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, chaise lounge, occasional chair, and armoire and connecting private bath with white ceramic tile and an extra large shower with hand held shower massager.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are adjoining and have queen and full beds, dressing room with a closet and mirrored sliding doors and bath complete with white ceramic tile and an extra large shower with hand held shower massager. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have 20" TV's and a DVD. The large kitchen is tastefully decorated and equipped with all new appliances.
Mahogany table and chairs for your indoor dining. The living area has a 27" TV with DVD. Lounge around in comfort on a leather sofa and love seat to watch a good movie or plan your next day adventure. All new terra cotta tile floors throughout the home. WIRELESS INTERNET provided.
Southern hospitality (North Carolina) is hosted by Jean and Harry Hopkins. If we can do anything to make your stay enjoyable, we will. We have an outdoor dining area for you to enjoy. Breakfast is the most favorite meal here, sitting around sipping fresh ground Puerto Rican coffee discussing precious moments of the day before or planning a new day in PARADISE. A candle light dinner is the next meal to enjoy consisting of Fillet Mignon ($4.99/pound from Sam's Club), potatoes or breadfruit from the tree next door, and a fresh garden salad. After dinner play cards, Dominoes, or whatever game you wish and let our lighted seashore tree light the way or relax under the stars and listen to the sounds of the Coqui's. If that is too soothing for you, you can venture off to one our of cafes that provide live music and dancing or try your hand in one of the casino's which are about a twenty minute drive.
Upon your arrival, we will make sure you are stocked with water, teas, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, and sandwich meat. This makes it very convenient for the early morning arrivals and the late night arrivals. Image getting to your vacation rental, opening the refrigerator door and there is nothing. This will make your arrival happy and relaxing.

Area Description
We are located in a quite neighborhood known as Community Estela. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, bakery, grocery stores, and the downtown area. Corcega Beach, a nice, calm, clear water beach is a minute walk down the street. We will gladly lend you snorkels, masks, and fins to explore the reefs and the underwater life.
Most of the spectacular fish and other underwater animals can all be seen while snorkeling. Snorkeling trips to Desecheo Island can be arranged if interested. There are many nearby beaches to enjoy from sunning to surfing. Hotel Cofrese known for its exclusive Pirate Special, a delicious tropical drink in a fresh coconut, and water sports activities is a five minute walk down the beach. There are unlimited things to do in Rincon.
A notebook with things to do and places to eat will be given to you upon arrival. I will give you a map of "Jean's Version of Rincon" with places to eat and all the surrounding beaches. Had enough sun and beach, head up a mountain to explore the wondrous views or to a nearby rain forest. If you just want to kick your shoes off, sit back and relax with your favorite cocktail in our garden or take a nap in the hammock, do so, it's your vacation.
