Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Rincon located in the west coast of Puerto Rico. Rincon has some of the best beaches for surfing and water recreation in the Caribbean and it is very famous for the magnificent sunset view and wale watching.

This propertyy is within a gated and very safe community which includes:
* 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
* Master bedroom with a King bed and private full bath.
* Full bed in the second room with a spectacular view of the ocean.
* twin beds in the third room
* Spacious and well equipped kitchen
* Dinning room for 6 persons, living room and a family room with a full size futon couch.

* Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and ceiling fan in the remaining areas.
* Third floor terrace with a spectacular view and an awesome breeze ideal for reading and relaxing.

Fun Family Vacation

Punta del Mar is a beautiful, gated condo complex with an office staff that was kind and helpful. Our family including three young adults stayed in the villa in mid June for five nights. The rental met all our needs and acted as our home base after time at the beach, incredible snorkeling, a sunset cruise, exploring the sights and shopping. Favorable dining out experiences included dinner at the Red Flamboyan Restaurant, coffee and smoothies at the Banana Dang, and breakfast at The English Rose. Taking advantage of the modern kitchen, most meals we cooked in the villa after stocking up at the Econo Mart. One afternoon we enjoyed drinks and napped on the rooftop terrace with views of the sea. The air conditioning ran perfectly and was welcoming after hot days in the sun. Bathrooms functioned with warm showers. The private beach is steps away so we enjoyed hunting for sea treasures, sunsets, and star gazing on the shore. We swam in the pool and shot hoops on the basketball court. The villa is highly recommended. We hope to return. Our only suggestion is to have detailed directions to find the complex especially if arriving during the night on your first visit to Rincón. A rental car is necessary.

Relaxation at its best

Its such a relaxing place, you get to the villa and feel the tropical vibes. The beach is secluded and its always empty, which means: A PRIVATE BEACH! When you first get there you feel all the tensions go away, its such a relaxing place. The villa is beautiful and the best sunset in Puerto Rico!

Best surf trip yet!

What a nice surprise to find this hidden jem in Puerto Rico. Fun surf break out back and just a few minute drive from the famous breaks of Maria's, Tres Palmas, Pools and more. We found this home to be beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed from beach towels to soap and even a blow dryer. Only thing missing was some salt and pepper. The owner was super accomodating and saw to our every need. We will return here again and again. :-)

Punta del Mar is a condo complex on the northern side of Rincon. Although it is a little isolated from the rest of the town, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed (unlike other vacation rentals, we couldn't think of anything that was not provided!) The complex is on a very undeveloped beach which made for stunning, peaceful walks with a lot of privacy. The pool is beautiful, and the kids had a wonderful time exploring. The town of Rincon and all it has to offer is only a 5 minute drive away. Can't recommend this property highly enough.
