If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented & If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain 100% of the monies !
   
• Other Fees: Rates are determined on number of guests & bedrooms requested & subject to change !! Guest Villa is not booked separately Owner/caretaker stays in the Guest Villa when not booked with the rental of the Main Villa!!! Owner/caretaker maintains office in 3 car garage & is on the premises daily !!! All rates subject to a electricity surcharge of $35 per day & additional charges may apply for excessive usage.
