Apartment includes: 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofabed, 1 full futton distributed in one closed bedroom, one semiclosed bedroom, dinning and living areas with equipped kitchen (pots, pans, tableware, silverware, etc), balcony overlooking swimming pool with side views of beach and the mountains, Satellite TV, A/C. Apartment is located within Casa del Mar 2 Beach Resort with is known for its ample green areas and gardens, 2 swimming pools, children playground, basketball and tennis courts, 1 pkg space, 24 hr security guard, linens and towels suppplied.

Attractions within 15 min drive:

Great Place!

The apartment was lovely, beach front, great view to the ocean and just steps away to the water. We had a great time in the beach, pool, and played tennis everyday. You have everything you need to enjoy a nice family vacation, or romantic get away.

We started or trip at the Wyndham resort and discovered this place next door (1/2 mile). What a find. To keep your expectations in line, this place is clean and the community is waterfront. But it is, older, so be ok with that at this price. Photos are pretty bad, so the actual place is bigger. Host was very nice, and available.

A quiet and peaceful place stay. Everything was clean and new. The beach is private and beautiful. I stayed for 5 weeks. Everything worked perfectly and the owner was friendly and available for questions. The apartment is in a gated community and was safe and quiet. The guards at the gate are scrupulous about checking the comings and goings of cars through the gate.
