Nice Vacation with a little issue

Everythng in the villa was wonderful. All we needed was grocery nothing else. However, we were not notified that we would not have water for 2 days and that inconvenienced us. Other than that it was perfect. Spacious, clean, private, beach and pool accessible at the Wyndam Hotel. The owner after me calling him did put us up at the Wyndam Hotel for th night..

Owner's reply:

At the present we are installing a water tank at the villa. It should be installed by november 2012.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and wasn't sure how the accommodations would be. The pictures of this villa were accurate. It looked to be recently updated and was in very good condition with everything we needed. I hope to stay here our next trip to PR.

Great holiday rental!

My family of five (three grown kids) spent a wonderful Christmas week at Carlos and Rebecca's villa. It was quiet and well-furnished and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort is lovely and we enjoyed the beach, pools, resaurants and casino. Carlos provided us with directions and tips where to shop and dine, including two places close by where we had excellent meals (The villa's kitchen is terrific, but, hey--this was vacation, so not much cooking for me!). We had a rental car and also enjoyed some San Juan restaurants and historic sites, particularly the fortresses. My husband played golf every day, so he was very happy, indeed. I would definitely choose this rental again. Many thanks to our gracious hosts!

condo was very spacious, immaculate and a stones throw from the ocean and pool. (can hear the waves from the bedroom). 5 minute walk to hotel area if you want to be around more activity. Owner was great as he met us at the condo, showed us around the property, and was very helpful with other questions about PR. He gave us his cell number if we had any questions and concerns. The kitchen, living and dining areas all open which gave us all space to relax. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking ocean and golf. Walk in closet in master bedroom; plenty of drawer space throughout. Advise car rental to dine off property, and will also save money if you want to drive to hotel excursions, or out to san juan etc. We ate breakfast and lunch at "home" and went out for dinners. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Owners are 5 star - Must Must Must for Families

First, huge apology to Carlos and Rebecca for writing this so late. Owners Carlos and Rebecca are first class! My family of 5 (2 adults and kids 3-5-11) like conveniences of home, cleanliness, and the feeling of home-sweet-home. This villa fits our bill. The kitchen is perfect. We made everything from soup to steak. The fridge is huge after stocking up at Superwalmart. The laundry machines were ideal. Beds so comfortable, my kickin little 3 year old didn't even wake us up. A/C was good, but there was such a good airflow, we had it off alot (in June-mind you). Make sure you rent a car. I booked a sedan with Dollar and they free-upgraded me to a 4-door Jeep after they seen my family ;-). If you are military, take advantage of the commissary at Fort Buchanan. Luquillo beach is perfect for little ones. Good fitnesson resort. El Morro/Old San Juan a must-plan a day. Golf-$$$. Owners do not dump you - call them anytime for directions/ideas. We spent a week in this villa vacationing with friends. The villa itself was exactly what we were looking for. There are lots of windows to enjoy the ocean breezes and fresh air. The villa has an open living area that was perfect for hanging out with our friends, and the bedroom areas allow for quiet and privacy. The staff on the grounds is very friendly, and Charlie & Rebecca were very hospitable. They gave us great tips for places to eat, shop and things to do. We had access to all of the resort facilities which were beautiful. We enjoyed several of the pools overlooking the ocean and visited the resort's casino. The villa is located very conveniently to the rainforest, beautiful beaches and great local restaurants (the view from Richie's is breathtaking). I would highly recommend a stay in Charlie & Rebecca's villa. The accommodations and hospitality were ideal.

Family Vacation

This is definitely a place I would go back to, and recommend to family and friends. The villa was very spacious and clean. It was a very nice place to come and relax after a day at the beach. We spent most of our time on the beach, near the club pool. It's location was very good for venturing out during the day. We went to the rain forest (which is a must do). Luquillo has a very nice beach. Also very close to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Carlos and Rebecca were both very gracious and have a beautiful villa.
