Description of the Rio Grande vacation villa rental
Beautiful Mediterranean Villa in Rio Mar. This is an extension of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa nestle in a lush hideaway. Rio Mar has a wonderful recreational areas that includes miles of pristine beach, two swimming pools, BBQ areas and children playground. Tenants can also take advantage of the hotel facilities ( tennis, golf, fitness center, Spa and Casino). Eleven Superb restaurants and lounges satisfy every appetite and relaxation. A golfer's paradise, The Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa offers two championship golf courses. Greg Norman's 6,945 yard River Course and Tom and George Fazio 6,487 yard Ocean course, and a 35,000 square foot club house.
The villa accomodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen and full bed in the living room area. A roll-a-bed can be provided upon request. The Villa has two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances ( refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, etc)
The Villa is fully furnished with two cable TV's 42' in the master and 32'in the living room, also has washer and dryer and control access with 24/7 security.

Area Information
The beach is at walking distance. Hotel shuttle stops every 15 minutes making stops to the golf club house, tennis center, and hotel and casino all day until midnight

We loved the beach during the day and the casino, restaurants at night. My husdband spent days playing golf while I pampered myself in the hotel spa. The kids enjoyed the pool and the playgrouns. Giovanna the hostess was wonderful and make us feel like home. Looking forward to come again next year.
