A comfortable, charming house, fenced in the front with ironwork, and chainlink in the back. It has four bedrooms with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, two more complete bathrooms, fireplace, lovely kitchen, it has a ramada with a grill in the back yard.

Area Information

If you want to run away from the noise of the city and want a peaceful place, this is it. Green Valley Az. is within 30 min. where you can enjoy the Pascua Yaqui casino and its fabulous restaurant. Tucson, Az. is about 50 minutes away.
The border with Mexico is 15 min. drive.

Outstanding home in a beautiful area!

This 3BR-3BA home is located in a quiet area approximately two miles from the I-19. It’s almost new, fully equipped, with lots of space and comfortable furniture. We liked the remote, hilly location, close to nature, in an open range ranching area. A fence-gate keeps the cattle and horses out and still allows close up bird watching e.g. roadrunners. Views from the house are outstanding, appearing different at different times of day and you can see the stars at night. There are many southern Arizona attractions to see near Rio Rico e.g. Tombstone, Bisbee, and shopping is close by in Nogales or Rio Rico. Tubac, Green Valley and Tucson are easy to access via the Interstate. We stayed for two months, February and March, and would have loved to stay longer. Dora was a delight to deal with and able to answer any questions we had.

This is a gorgeous home!! It's spotless and very comfortable. You won't forget the views from this property - no matter which way you look!! The neighborhood is beautiful and everyone we met was very friendly. Having this home to return to each night after touring the area made our Arizona Adventure extra special! Dora is delightful and easy to work with. Our security deposit was promptly returned. We highly recommend this home!!
