The apartment is in excellent condition. It may sleep 2 to 3 adults comfortably (maximum 4 adults allowed), and has an area of about 400 sq. ft. The bathroom and the kitchen are functional and well-equipped, the living-room has a beautiful Brazilian mahogany floor.

Ipanema beach is the "hippest" and most secure beach in Rio de Janeiro today. You will be where everything is "happening" in Rio de Janeiro, in Ipanema, and only three blocks away from Copacabana famous beach. It is very rare to find such charming and well-located studios in Ipanema. You will definitely be in the perfect place to enjoy the "carioca" way of life.
