Riosfinest Penthouse Copacabana Atlantica 5star is from our 5 penthouses the most luxury one
and it`s located directly on the famous Copacabana beach strip (Avenida Atlantica)
offering from the 13th floor the most amazing ocean view you can imagine.
The penthouse appartement is located on 'Avenida Atlantica (Copacabana beach strip),
cross street Bolivar (8), the area of the Copacabana called also ´´Posto 5``, one of the best parts of Copacabana, only 150 meters distance to the big hotel ´´Othon Palace and disco Help``.
The penthouse offers a fantastic ocean and beach view from the terrace, the living room
and from all 3 bedrooms, even lying in the beds you can still enjoy the view over the blue ocean and the beach.
The outside terrace offers a private whirlpool with indirect lightening. Even sitting in the pool you have an amazing view over the entire Copacabana. You can use table and chairs on the terrace. The floor and the outside walls are made of nature stones. The security glass all around the terrace is made of blue filter glass.
Imagine, you wake up, take 3 glasses of champagne, put blue ´´Ray ban`` glasses on and look onto the ocean, more or less like this, just better.
The penthouse apartment:
130 square meters including the 18 square meters large outside terrace with private pool.
Porcellanato floors in the entire penthouse floor.
3 double bedrooms, all 3 with ocean and beach view, also when you lay in the beds, unbelievable.
Flat screens in all bedrooms,
Cable TV in all bedrooms,
AC in all bedrooms,
Ventilators in all bedrooms,
Indirect lightening in all bedrooms,
Big living room with a comfortable white leather sofa and black glass table,
nice dinner table with six modern chairs,
flat screen 42`` with cable TV, high speed Internet connection,
you get a cell phone from us without charge for your rental time,
home theatre music equipment, DVD, several indirect lights,
air condition and ventilator, palms, 2 safes,
all windows as well as the terrace glass made of blue filter glass,
an unbelievable view from nearly all parts from the penthouse.
The 2 bathrooms are made of ´´Cafe Bahia`` marmol, the nicest marmol we found in Rio de Janeiro. Designer shower heads and ´´waterfall water taps`` are giving the 2 bathrooms an even more luxury touch.
We used also ´´Cafe Bahia`` marmol in the kitchen, where no wishes are open with
Stove with 4 plates, microwave, big fridge with Freezer and Water spender, coffee machine, Mixer and Toaster. Enough plates, glasses and all you need in the kitchen
are of course at your disposal.
The penthouse offers also cleaning 3 to 5 times a week.
The bed lines will be changed twice a week, enough fresh towels will be always available in the penthouse.
Up to 150 reais a week for electricity (= 300KW) is included, all over goes on your bill, so please switch off the 4 air conditions, when you leave the penthouse,
gas, high speed internet access and cleaning are totally included in the rent as well as any Rio taxes.
The building entrance is always locked and 24 hours there will be several doormen.
At the corner ´´Atlantica`` taxis pass by all the time.
In the nearest neighbourhood of the penthouse you will find laundries, internet cafes, gym centres and about 8 different international restaurants.
