Description of the Rio de Janeiro vacation apartment rental

Tropical paradise awaits you on the sixth floor in Copacabana. Built in 2001 and located in a quaint and safe neighborhood just four blocks from the famous Copacabana beach. The apartment can be rented as a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are appointed with double beds and in the main bedroom you will find a custom built-in desk and cabinets. Just off the bedrooms is the bathroom with a shower.

The efficient kitchen is connected to the living room. The living room has a sofa, an entertainment center, and a dining area. The unit also boasts two balconies, one in the living room with lateral views to the ocean and mountains. The other balcony is in the main bedroom facing the pool and recreation area.

For your protection the unit is equipped with fire sprinklers. For your safety and convenience the building has a 24 hour doorman. If you do not wish to go to the beach, our building's amenities include a recreation area equipped with a pool, a sauna, and a gym. The condominium is located on a residential tree lined street where you are just steps away to a variety of restaurants and shops. A market is located just around the corner if you wish to pick up groceries to cook or look for munchies for the beach.

Near by you will also find major hotels for business or dining. The Siqueira Campos Metro station and the Cantagalo Metro station are just a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment unit is in the caliber of a four or five-star boutique hotel. We have an English speaking Brasilian liaison available to you for your convenience.

Area Information

The apartment is located between Posto 4 and Posto 5 of Copacabana beach and in between the Cantagalo Metro Station and the Siqueira Campos Metro Station. Here you will find yourself in the middle of numerous hotels, restaurants, and shops. The new JW Mariott is just a few blocks away from the apartment. In the evening you can walk to the weekend Copacabana Night Fair on Avenida Atlantica along the beach and view the local artist and their works.
