Enjoy the beauty of the wonderful mountains of Western North Carolina where the mountains seem to touch the sky. A Log Inn will only add to its charm. This cabin is sitting on acreage, very private with wonderful access, beautifully landscaped, 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, on two levels with 2 TV viewing areas, full stone wall of fireplace, central HVAC, full kitchen and laundry, covered front porch for rocking and swinging and listening to the rushing water go by out front, deck for BBQ and dining out under the stars with 3 trees growing through the deck, sit and read and or write that novel, enjoy the scenic beauty all around.

Just sit and listen to the sound of nature and water rushing by will make you want to return again and again.

Our authentic log home is about 5 years old and is made on a western theme with real antler chandeliers over dining room table and another in entrance hall, antler pulls on cabinets.

Bring your family, friends and or 4 legged friends and come stay 3 days or for week (s). 3 day min. $145. day, and or $950. wk. plus taxes and clean out.

Located on a very private, acreage with good access, with rushng water out front and small branch on side of property. Another trout river about 2 blocks down. Just fish several trout waters and Lake Santeetlah is just about 3 miles down. Rent a boat, fish, swim, in Lake Santeetlah and Lake Fontana a short drive. Whitewater raft in the Nantahala River and a class 111 & IVplus rapidsof the Cheoah River. (Check water release dates if you plan on rafting and or kayaking the Cheoah.) We are just a few trees away from Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest where the hiking is wonderful and much less stressful or hike The Appalachian Trail and other areas that requires more hiking skills. Travel the Cherohala Skyway, just a short drive from this cabin, which is part of the Natinal Scenic Byway and has hiking, picnic, photo ops, waterfall and elevations of one mile (5280 ft.). Visit Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah's Casino and the Great Smoky Mountains. Don't forget gem mining and horseback riding and or just relax. We all need that to clear those cob webs.
