To start most of the locals are friendly and informative, fishing was good and the views beautiful. That being said, the kabin floor was falling through. We had ants every day, not just a few I mean thousnds. The owner " OCD " would not allow us to put the patio furniture in the backyard with the swingset to watch our kids play and grill. You would leave to do something come back and the patio chairs would be exactly placed.I found her unusual compulsion with the 10$ dollar store patio furniture strange at first the quite annoyng in the end.My very good hearted mother-in-law was cleaning the pool and was sternly told to " let the skimmer get that " by OCD.the beach you see in the photos is not there any more instead fadded paint and rust with grass and moss in the lake so bad we would'ent swin. The last two days no fresh towels.Thats about it.Branson was fun my kids loved Silver dollar city. Our stay at kerrs was sub par, below average and dissapointing.

There was no hot water, the stove didnt work, and the owner was not hospitable or helpful. After driving, hiking, unpacked and ready for a shower there was no hot water. The owner was contacted and she told me there was nothing that could be done. She said she would try to reach a plummer the next day. When I asked if she would compensate us for the issue, she said "no" but that she would move us to a different cabin. She said we would have to move right now, not in the morning because she didnt want to tidy up two cabins.-did I mention it was pouring rain? My husband said we were very tired and would just take our chances with the plummer tomorrow.Other issues: The toilet wasnt bolted down which caused it to rock and "swoosh". The shower walls were held up with screws that have rusted and the couch was stained and smelled of urine The cabinet glasses and plates where very dirty and the skillet was held together with electical tape.
