Description of the Rockaway Beach vacation home rental
This home is ideal for creative poets, songwriters and short story writers, painters, cartoonists, and other artistic folks. There is a bedroom with a white wrought-iron bed that can split into two single beds or put together for a king sized bed. There is a bar/entertainment/art corner, a living room with two couches, a big screen television with a huge collection of PG or G movies, a lovely kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. This is all on the main floor, which is actually on the second floor. The downstairs is a basement, used for storage. Any time spent at this beach house seems to yield dividends in creativity and direction (my personal observation!). The soft roar of the ocean can be heard.
Area Description
About a hundred steps or so will take you to a secluded, beautiful beach. A very short drive will find you ice cream parlors, coffee shops and wine tastings. Small food markets and souvenir shops are available, but not overdone. For larger shopping excursions, you will have to drive twenty minutes to a bigger town. Everything you truly need can be found within five minutes or so from this home.
Ice cream is five miles away, as are souvenir shops.
