We have actually stayed twice. Once in the spring of 2010 & again in July 2011. Got super lucky on the weather last summer it was beautiful & sunny. The beach is very close & uncrowded. We used to go to Cannon Beach or Seaside but won't return there again after experiencing Nedonna. Lots room to roam for us & our dog. The cabin is really great & has everything you need. The hot tub is fantastic. The only reason I am not 5 staring it is that its not super plush, which we don't mind, but don't want to mislead anyone looking for a luxury type accommodation. Its a great beach cabin. Mark is easy to work with and helpful with questions. Only real negative to the area is we have not found the local restaurants to be anything great at all. Luckily I like to cook, and with the bbq its not an issue. I would recommend grocery shopping at one of the larger stores before you come in to Nedonna though. There is a mid size store about 6 or 7 miles south for resupplying or shorter weekend trips but I would not want to shop for a whole week there. I would recommend this cabin for a laid back vacy of walking, reading, hot tub etc. Not any night life or any of the art galleries etc that are north of Nedonna but close enough if you really want that.

house was clean, neat, and quiet. hot tub was very clean and lovely to use. beach is close and easily accessible. the barbeque was broke but when I called it in they had a new one there the same morning-great service. the only negative thing I have to say is one room has a double-poster bed that sits about 3feet up - not good for old people or those with creaky old knees or backs getting in and out of it. also not good for the very young who might roll out down to the floor or have to get out at night to potty and forget they're that far up-didn't find it charming or quaint. We decided to take a last minute trip to Rockaway and found this house. It fit our family of 4 just right. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen necessities, and a block off the beach with the access path close by. The hot tub was newer and functioned well. The mattresses were good too, which was nice compared to some rentals we've had. We would stay there again if it was just our family. The Nedonna beach community is laid back and not crowded, and handy off 101 too. We brought bikes, and had to store them outside, as there is no outside storage or covered area. mark provided helpful service beyond the normal on-line rental experience.
