There is a standard check out sheet to follow, however, to help out with costs, you may choose to do some of the cleaning yourself. The minimum charge is $15, no exceptions. $40 per hour for excessive cleaning/laundry

are stay at this property was very nice ! we were very pleased, we would stay here again, we have stayed in another house by a different rental company and they were misleading in what the house provided, did not return phone calls , my opinion they were very unprofessional and my family and i will not be ever renting from them again!! Nedonna Nirvana is very nice for a family! when you have kids ping pong table is a big deal! so that was nice.. clean, i liked that there was a child/ dog gate , very child friendly,provided a warm and relaxing atmosphere . it was nice the house provided games, and all the pots and pans we needed , to the roasting marshmallow sticks ! kids loved the fact there was satellite t.v, we love how very well thought out the amenities that were provided for anyone who stays. loved how there were towels provided for your pet, plenty of seating on the deck, beach towel and blankets the little thing that are nice, i was even surprised to see you had a play pen ? not that we needed it , just one more thing you guys thought of. Even though we forgot to fill out a clean up form we were very pleased to leave the house as clean as we could! thanks! The Andersons
