Area Information

Nedonna Beach is a quiet residential area on the north end of Rockaway Beach. The Nehalem Bay borders it to the north, the Pacific to the west and Hwy 101 to the east. The beach is sandy and rarely crowded. The town of Rockaway sits a couple miles to the south and is a quick drive away from dining out at local restaurants, the post office, library, grocery store and more.

Deposits: Security/Cleaning deposits: A $150 deposit is required. Deposits will be returned within 14 business days after departure, minus any accrued charges. Cleaning charges depend on you, are billed by the hour, ($30 per hour) and come out of your security/cleaning deposit. There is a standard check out sheet to follow, however, to help out with costs, you may choose to do some of the cleaning yourself. The minimum charge is $15, no exceptions. $40 per hour for excessive cleaning/laundry
