Description of the Rockland vacation home rental

Our Victorian house is three stories with a two bedroom unit on the first floor, a one bedroom unit on the second and third floor. Each floor has its own private entrance from the main stairway vestibule. Each unit has one bath with a clawfooted tub, dine-in kitchen, and a living room with HD TV and DVD player. The first floor has a front porch, the second and third floor have balconies. The third floor has a nice view of Rockland Harbor and Lighthouse from the bedroom and living room.
You may rent one floor, two floors, or all three to have the entire house.

Short two to three block walk to festival main entrance, restaurants, historic downtown, the boardwalk, Rockland beach, and children's park.

May–June: $750wk ~ $125 a night
July–Labor Day: $900wk ~ $150 a night
Labor Day–Oct: $750wk ~ $125 a night
Nov–April: $600wk ~ $110 a night

Check-in: 5 pm, ask if you need early check-in
Check-out: 11 am
Quiet time: 11 pm to 8 am
