Description of the Rockport vacation guesthouse rental
We are pleased to announce the addition of our new guest house, next door to the Eagle House Motel. We have renovated the interior and exterior with beautiful landscaping and gardening -- our guests rave about it.
The guest house offers a comfortable living room, which adjoins a bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen's French doors open to a deck and paved patio.
The downstairs bedroom is nicely appointed and has its own private bath with shower. This room is available off season as a guest room on a nightly basis. The home is rented on a weekly basis.
The upstairs guest suite includes a master bedroom (left above) with private bath (right), and another bedroom with two twin beds (above middle and right). This suite is available off season on a nightly basis.
Adjacent to the guest house is our 15 room motel offering clean, comfortable and affordable accomodations equipped with A/C, cable TV, refrigerators and outside sitting areas. King, queen, and double beds available; efficiencies also available.

Area Description
Rockport on Cape Ann is just a one-hour train or car ride north of Boston. The Eagle House is walking distance from the Rockport Commuter Rail. We are located on a quiet side street near the heart of Rockport's seaside village just steps from Front Beach, and restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Street and Bearskin Neck.
The Eagle House is 100 steps from Front Beach, restaurants, art galleries and shops. Once you arrive and park, you never have to get back in your car -- all you need is walking distance.
