This is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home. It has all of the amenities, fully furnished,washer and dryer, Charter cable with internet access. All utilities paid. There is a deck above the first floor for sun bathing or just relaxing. What a fantistic water view of Little Bay and Aransas Bay. .

For the true fisherman, Rockport is a fishermans paradise. There is Kayaking, and plenty of seafood restaurants to choose from.

Downtown Rockport has art galleries and gift shops. There is a lovely small beach and a private swimming club in Key Allegro.

Check In: 8 a.m.
Check Out: 12 a.m.
Required Stay: 2 nights min.
Deposits: for long term lease $1,000 deposit required. Short term deposit is $250.00 refunded if house is left in good order. Holidays are $150.00 per night
Other Fees: Week-days Mon. thru Fri. $150.00 daily. Weekends Sat. thru Sun. $300. There is a $75.00 clean up fee added to the bill.

The house was beautiful. The views were spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool. Rockport is a quiet little get away that we will be sure to visit again. Fred and Louise were a pleasure to do business with!

I've never had such a wonderful, relaxing time at a beach house like we did this past week. This place had it all. It's in the middle of all activities. I recomend this place to anyone wanting to get away and forget about "work". Leave it all behind and just relax. I'm booking this place again next year. The worse part of this trip was leaving.

We had three couples in our party. Everyone enjoyed the house. Nice location. Plenty of room for six adults. Be sure to check out the bar/restuarant on the island. Really good food and nice environment. View from the deck on top of the house was great.

My family and I just returned from a great escape to Rockport. There was plenty of space for my 3 kids and my husband and I to spread out. And the rooftop view is the best. The owners are super nice and really accomodating. This was a last minute trip and they made things very easy. We will be back!

The house had a wonderful sense of home away from home. It's location is very convenient to shopping and to the beach. Fishing is great in the area! The neighborhood is very quiet. The view from the patio-balcony is AWESOME!!! I recommend this home to any family...
