This beautiful home has living accommodations that include three split private bedrooms with their own private baths, one king, two queen and 1 double size beds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen and living area are upstairs, with lots of windows providing full water views. The very large, open gourmet kitchen has plenty of counter and pantry space plus an electric range/oven/microwave and eating bar. There is also a green light, fish cleaning station and boat lift with lots of dock space on the canal. You might want to drink your morning coffee on the large covered deck; the sunrise view over the water is exquisite! The deck and patio are shaded in the afternoon if you want to enjoy the view and sounds of the water or just take a little snooze. Cable TV is in every room and Internet access with computer is also provided. You can't go wrong with this property.

Area Description

For those who don't fish or hunt, the Texas Coastal Bend has abundant waterfowl and birding trails. Rockport Beach is five miles up the road.

Port Aransas, on the other side of the Gulf, is less than 10 miles by car to the south, and the Texas Treasurer gambling boat sets sail twice daily 10 miles away.

Bahia Bay is a mere three hours from Austin and 30 minutes from Corpus Christi.
