This beautiful one story vacation house is located on the canal in Rockport Texas, and is minutes from the mile long Blue Wave Beach. In Palm Harbor, the house is over 2000 square feet with plenty of parking and no stairs to climb, easy in and out. Summer means a beach vacation, fall is the time to come fish and Winter Texans love this peaceful beautiful area.
After a day of catching your limit relax and enjoy this comfortable beautifully decorated four bedroom home. Of course we have air conditioning, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The master suite has a California king-sized pillow top bed, exercise bike, Cable TV, wall mounted 42" plasma TV, DVD/VCR and a small refrigerator. A second bedroom has an extra comfy king-sized pillow top bed, and wall mounted 32" LCD TV with DVD. There is a pillow top queen-size and cable TV in another room. The fourth room has a set of very comfortable twins and roll out bed; there is DVD/TV with video game to entertain the young ones. The couch pulls out to full-size bed if needed. Bed linens and extra blankets and pillows are all there for you.
For your entertainment cable TV's, computer and DVD's as well as wireless/wired high speed internet access is available.
We have a fully equipped kitchen or cook outside in the Barbecue pit and eat at the picnic table while watching the cranes, herons and terns that visit your back yard.
Plenty of room in the front drive to park cars and a boat. We even have a 50 amp RV hookup. There are many launch sites and you can tie up at the backyard dock with fish cleaning. Bait can be purchased across the street.

An Awesome Place To Stay

This is a spectacular home, with caring and generous owners. We stayed for 1 week with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and loved our entire stay. As others have noted, the pantry is stocked,and there is everything you could need or want. We had forgotten our beach boogie boards and planned on buying some, but we didn't need to. The owners had those available as well as fishing gear, life jackets and ample towels. It was great to come home with clean laundry! I also loved, loved, loved the master shower! You will love this home, and we plan on returning!

The weather was just beautiful!. The property was exactly what my family needed. More then enough room for everyone. We did have electrical issues, but the respond from the landlord was just incrediable. Very prompt to return calls, and very concerned for our safety. The problem was resolved in a very professional manner. We will defintely receommend this property to our friends. Looking forward to next year. Thank You.

What a great place to bring a family. The house had everything you have at home and then some. Well stocked kitchen, nice beds, tvs, and game systems. Things we don't have at home were tiki hut on the water, a boat dock and an arcade game. My 7 year old want everyone to know he beat the whole game. We had a blast!

Very nice house with lots of amenities. Kids loved the video game machine ! The kids were looking forward to fishing from the the canal out back but since the house is at the end of the street all the debris was piled up right at the backyard so were not able to fish. overall it was a good experience

Our fall fishing vacation was extraordinary. This Palm Harbor home is luxuriously furnished and provides quick access to some of Texas' finest fishing. We caught two Spanish mackerel - species we had not caught here before. We look forward to our next visit to Rockport!!

We stayed at your house over the Labor Day W-end. We vacation every year in Rockport, and I would have to say this house was by far the most comfortable house we've stayed in. It is equipped with everything from game systems and games to internet access. Oh and I can't forget the beds, they are to die for. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a terrific place for a vacation. We had such a wonderful time. This house is awesome. When they say fully furnished, they mean it. The amenities are wonderful and the bottle of wine was such a wonderful surprise! The neighbors are so welcoming. The owners are as nice as can be and very honest. We can't wait to go back. The location is just perfect, close to restaurants, beaches, shops, and fishing. The home is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We highly recommended.
