This property is located at the east end of the canal on a double lot with views of both the canal and waterway from living area. The home is 1900 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 7 adults. Big picture windows along the canal side of the home allow for a 180 degree view from the home. Covered porch with swing and picnic table allows for outdoor dinners and relaxing after a long day of fishing. Minutes from Estes flats and Redfish Bay and the convenient access to the intercoastal waterway also allows for fishing the Port Aransas Jetties and the back bays north and south. 110 foot of dock space will accomodate 2 boats. Clean your fish right at the dock with lighted fish cleaning station with water. Two underwater green lights in the canal allow for night fishing.
Master bedroom has king bed, master bath has shower. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with queen on bottom and twin on top. 2nd bath has tub/shower combination.

Palm Harbor is about 5 minutes from downtown Rockport to the north and 5 minutres from Aransas Pass to the south. The Port Aransas ferry is about 15 minutes away. There is a public launch ramp for boats about 3 minutes north located at Cove Harbor. Excellent fishing in the flats, bay, offshore and at the dock. There is duck hunting in the bay and flats during the fall and winter. Great access to all bay areas and Gulf of Mexico at Port Aransas Jetties.

For those who don't hunt or fish, the Texas Coastal Bend has many birding tours and trails. Rockport has great seafood restaurants, art galleries, local beach park, shopping and festivals year round. Visit the Rockport Maritime Museum, Fulton Mansion and the famous tree on Goose Island that is over 1000 years old. There are kayak and boat rentals available in the area as well as bay fishing guides, hunting guides and deep sea fishing charters.
